Yeah, bringing this thread back on track, Bovada kept timing out on me, so it was a frustrating 9 days too.

Yeah yeah we know he can be annoying but get over it and put him on ignore if you don't want see his signature!!

OMG someone got their head in the sand.

not only are they not making good on the check the bounced, then very next check i received came out of honk kong, and my bank closed my account after i deposited it, and are going to send me a cashiers check for my balance, so i have received 2 checks from bovada one of them bounce and they do not make good, and the second gets my bank account closed. they have frowned on winning players for over year on bodog and now that they changed to bovada, i guess they are just going to rip us off, i am not lying or exaggerating in the least. if i were you i would look for other sites to play on or maybe just play live, this company does not seem very legit anymore good luck in whatever decision you make

Seriously you can't be real. Just get out of this thread with your bull****. You're not even posting in the correct thread, there's a bodog payout thread. You seem border line ******ed.

Call CS and tell them your situation. They will compensate you for your trouble.

I'm back on Bovada, and take back everything I said about it.

Good software, great CS.

Also I'm taking up short-stacking.

That option is not available for some costumers (myself included).

It was a bluffcall. I had a note.

On another note, if you win the 100K in the US, do you have to cashout 2500 at a time? If so, thats gonna take 8 months. Theres gotta be another way.

You may have missed my point on merge. Here it is:

Point #1.

Point #2

And point #3 (one of many examples)

The short version: Merge is gaining in player base--but in no way can that site be considered safe. Anything you desposit there may never be seen again; and I'm not talking about being a losing player.

My opinion: Bovada is the best choice out of a slew of bad options. I personally left and am now down to playing live 2-3 times a month vs being able to play daily online. That was my choice, I do not begrudge anyone who chooses to play on these sites. But we need to realize that any and all US player-friendly sites are a big risk at this current time.

It wouldn't take 8 months, it would take 2-3 months via check or about a month if via wires. 1st in the 100K is usually about $25,000.

I guess if you pay fees it wouldnt take so long. Still, with checks taking 3 weeks + it would be an issue. Maybe I should focus more on winning it.

Once you get the first max check, they come every week after. That's if you withdraw all of the money at once.

When I logged into my former Bodog account on Bovada the first time, I had $60 in my account more than I should've had.

I can't figure out what type of bonus this was, despite lots of googling? The money hasn't gone away either. Did anybody else get this when they transferred?

I think they just gave out money at random.. myself.. and a few others.. received $10. So maybe you had some bonus (wasn't there a micro promo going?) for $50.. and then received the $10 also? They'd probably be able to tell you through email.

Just for reference he is a legit player. He was a reg like 5 years ago when I first started playing online poker in $5 SNGS. (he was playing 5 card draw and 7 card stud I think)

I'm not giving merit to any of his claims, especially since he has been claiming bodog cheats with game props for years. But he is for sure real.

You need to check your e-cash statement, they will not e-mail you.

I used to get really weird sports betting bonuses. Id make a 100 bet, win 90.91. But then it would say $15.00 bonus, and I actually in 115.91 for my 100 bet. There never seemed to be a rhyme and/or reason as I didn't see any bonuses at the time. Granted I am losing sports better, so that's prob why I got the sports bonuses but never once got a random poker bonus.

ACR is much better than Blow-vada. I switched to ACR once Blow-vada intentionally self-destructed their own product, and I could not be happier. I have rakeback again, my player points are worth something other than 1,000,000,000,000,000 points being turned into 5 cents cash (which they don't even do THAT anymore), and I have cashed out twice with no problem.

The only downside to ACR vs. Blow-vada is ACR has less traffic. But there's enough for me to 6-table at 25NL which is good enough. It's a little sketchy after like 2 AM but other times it's fine.

Seriously, just get off Blow-vada.

In the past few weeks, they've had a $10/$25 (or something) bonus if you got 50/100 poker points (not hard to do). Also, they had a $10 free bet if you bet $100 props 2 weeks ago, and a $25 bonus you would receive today if you made 50 poker points last week. They run lots of weird little bonuses.
