I also spoke with a rep from A*n**o (actual rep picked up the phone surprisingly) and acknowledged the problems they had in march and told me that they were resolved and working on being faster as they are still new. all in all, not too bad. as frustrating as last month was, they seem to be doing their best to make it right.

You shouldnt expect your check to always arrive in 3-7 days. If it does you are running hot. But yeah, checks have been fine for awhile now, generally less than two weeks for most withdraws in the last few months from what Ive experienced and gathered from reading this thread every day. I dont recall any even pushing a month lately.

my last check i had to write an email to get the confirmation going, requested max check on april 8th, wrote an email and got it confirmed yesterday, and it's supposed to arrive this morning. i get the gist that they can send it pretty rapidly once it's approved and confirmed still.

the bank that i use has a separate problem of sending checks to collection if i deposit too many within an allotted time frame (seemingly 1-2 weeks), but i suppose that's a personal related problem. would like to know if anyone has a solution for that (currently bovada recommended i do a wire transfer, but i've heard a lot of money gets lost in transaction/exchange rate fees?).

by the by, i guess i should also say that while checks have been going smoothly, i'm still waiting on a VFF processed march 1. not sure if anyone else is still waiting on one in that time frame, or if they got it credited back?

VFF approved 3/14 and still waiting too. Nothing credited back to Bovada acct. Not seeing that anyone has received VFF from 3/1 - 3/15 on this thread. Although Bovada says people are being paid out from this timeframe

VFF on March 1st I'm still waiting and they say the funds cannot be credited back as they are processed. Bovada promises they will deliver my payout but man this is taking quite a while pisses me off when people in April getting payed

It is frustrating. They told me it's because of a different processor. I don't understand why they can't transfer these requests from early March to the processor that's getting things done. And they said they cannot.

Still waiting on two 3k vffs from March 8th and March 17th.
I asked if they could be credited to my account but they said not as of yet because they have already been processed and will hit my bank but they cant guarantee when. I dont have any doubt that ill see these funds, its just a matter of when....

Just received this email reply from them:

Still havent receive my 3k Cashout made 14march and they ask me for my bank statement a week ago and told me it gonna took them 1-2 to verify , 1 week later nothing have been done , i calll them multiple time. Those ****er just lost a custumer for good

Open account at a different bank. Alternate check deposits with each one. But if I could do wires I definitely would. When I could still do them the exchange rate often went in my favor.

And to those saying people need to "calm down" in this thread, I'm not upset about the delayed funds. That **** happens when running an illegal gambling business. What I'm irate about is the disrespect shown to the players.

Today I made my 5th call to support in 4 weeks waiting for 3/14 VFF and aside from the same bull****, today's rep actually lied to me (players with withdrawals from that 3/1-3/18 period HAVE had funds hit their account--just none from this community apparently).

All they needed to do to avoid this getting to the point where they are now losing customers was get out in front of it. Every time I've called support I've told them they don't have to put that line at the bottom of the approval messages "VFF process in 5 to 10 business days". But they choose to and with that, I believe, comes a responsibility to contact your customer once that 11th, 12th, 15th business day comes.

Just an e-mail that gives a little reassurance and a little treat to keep the customers happy and gambling:

Dear player,
Your withdrawal approved xx/xx was part of a batch that is having processing issues. We have been advised to wait a full 30 business days to give them time to process before re-issuing the funds. We apologize for this inconvenience. To show what your loyalty means to our company we have credited your account with $100 and a bonus to clear for another $100.

We ****ing own your American souls and will continue to rake you to deposit play and cashout,

Has anyone had any recent experience with wire wirthdrawals over 5k to 'ace' bank? Has everything gone smoothly? Any feedback would be great.

All I know is I have a large wire that has been pending for over a week and is still not approved. Let me know if your problem gets resolved.

Just got an email from Bovada today 4/13 they put the money back in my bovada account.

I am also waiting for a wire to be approved from April 5th (large sum).

just got my 3/1 max VFF credited back to my account today. my guess is that they lost all that money and are now just coming to terms with it...but who knows.

Multiple people on thread requested after me (4/2, 4/3, etc.) and have got theirs. Sorry to those still stuck in early March but it looks like they made good with crediting back to account for most people.. Have a bad feeling I'm in for a wait though, and for what? Not nearly the max VFF..

Say does anyone have the relatively new "chip" on their debit card and maybe use a widely popular Bank that has a pretty patriotic name? Maybe there's an issue..
