I tried withdrawing by wire but saw that Bovada won't let you wire to BOA. Does anyone know which banks they DO accept? Wells Fargo maybe?

I would rather the problem be on Bovada side vs debit card side, nevertheless if anyone was worried about Debit card service running off with the money, they did answer the phone today when I called. (which is rare in its self from what I am hearing) They offered to get a hold of Bovada.. Not sure why Bovada cant just tell me what the F is the problem and give me a timeframe instead of the runaround.
Payment finally received today 12/4 via debit card.

How are you guys getting money off debit card if ATM withdraw limits are 500 per bank? Just goto different ATMs and eat the fees? Or is there a way to get 1000 at a time? Any info is appreciated

I've received a cashout via the Visa Fast Funds options before, and I want to use it again, but my bank has since issued me a new card. My bank account is the same, but the previous card (the one I originally used to deposit on Bovada) has expired. Can Bovada still send the money to my account using the info on the old card? Anyone have experience with this?

Essentially. Although there is a "SUMATM" near my house where I don't pay the fees to the actual ATM; just the ones on the card (I think it's $2.50 per withdraw).

Tilting? Sure.....but I don't have to deal with no bank questioning me over it, there is no long wait (this round being an exception; but it usually took 8-12 days before I would get a check and it hit my bank account), and their international check cashing fees (while my bank is low compared to others) are actually more than the debit card's fees.

This happened to me and they would not let me do VFF anymore, nor would they give me a reason, but checks are pretty fast.

What happened to me was I had a debit card expire (from bank that rhymes with Face) that was working for VFFs. Bank sent me a new debit card (with a ****ing chip embedded in it) and Bovada told me I would have to make a deposit with it for it to be VFF eligible even though it had the same number on the card. I made a small deposit, requested a VFF cashout and they switched it to a check. Called 'em and all they would tell me is this card will not be able to get VFFs.

Doesn't really make much sense, but it seems to me they are trying to steer people away from VFFs for some reason. I did specifically ask them if they could tell me a bank a Visa card would work from, and they said no.
doesn't neccessarily mean it will be the same for you, though. good luck!

if an atm has a 500/limit per transaction, i believe u can complete the transaction (logout, if u will), then start a new transaction by reinserting your card and re-entering your pin, and get another 500, etc.

Someone please correct me if im wrong.

I think it depends on the ATM...there are a couple near my place where one has a $400 withdrawal limit and another is $1,000. I don't think the debit card will let you withdrawal more than $1,000 per day anyway. there is also a $3 ATM fee at this atm +2.50 A***O cash withdrawal fee so I guess if you want 3K cash you will end up paying $16.50 in fees, but like others were saying it beats the alternative (usually). I think you can use card to buy stuff at store like credit card too, but I understand there is nothing financially better than cash money.

If I should be fine with 4x the estimated wait time then at what point should I not be fine....10x or 50x???
fyi...i finally got my money today....1-2 business days became 9.

what do you mean "the card itself?" If the bank name is irrelevant how are we suppose to know which Debit cards will work, trial and error? most checking accounts aren't free nowadays...I wonder how many I will have to open a new account before I guess right.

Well, I had a card expire that was working. I got sent a new card with the EXACT same # on the front connected to the EXACT same bank acct. and Bovada is telling me they can't do VFFs to this card. Since that doesn't really make a whole helluva lot of sense it seems more likely they're trying to cut back on their VFF volume. But, who knows, whatever the reason behind it whether you get a card approved for VFFs is a roll of the dice right now

That^^. There is no way to be certain that this is the case obviously, but the evidence certainly suggests that this is quite possible if not probable. They did the same thing with recently with RT as well.

yeah, thinking about it a bit more, whatever was behind the delays last month probably caused Bovada to decide to try to have less of their cashouts tied up in VFFs. I'd be kind of surprised if anybody gets a new card approved anytime soon. Could be wrong, though, for sure.

Requested- Nov 17
Approved- Nov 18
Rec- Nov 30, deposited same day

Bank is holding check until Dec.10.

Not abnormal considering it's a foreign bank, but worth mentioning i've never had a 10 hold on any check from them, and this one was actually smaller than most.

Wire transfer
Request 12/1
Approved ?????
Spoke with customer service after 48 hours and they have told me to call
back the next day 2 times. 2 times I was told there was a delay because of
a high volume of withdraw request. Today I was told that they were not sure
of the hold up because the withdraw volume was not very high.
All bank account information has been submitted along with Id and credit card has been verified. FWIW customer service reps have been very nice. Has any else had longer then expected delay getting a wire transfer approved?

I've cashed out twice with them and it's taken 3 days to get the check. Clearing it is another issue.

Req check 12/4
Processed an hour or two later
Hopefully received in that same 3 days.

Yeah, in the two to three week range would be a better ballpark I would guess if you were to average the check times reported here in the last month.
