Omaha--I do live in the US and all the payouts were for $2,000. I have heard nothing from WU, only from Bovada. Although bovada cannot provide any useful information either.

Thanks for the info Greasemonkey. Did they say why they banned you? What rule/regulation/law made them take this action? Have you ever tried Rapid Transfer/Moneygram?

oh wow, that really sucks. I've been using WU for the past 3 years, and it would seriously cramp my style if I ever get banned...

Have you thought about doing a test run, i.e. try to send yourself some money via WU, and see if there are any issues... I'd do this in a trusted friend's name, so that if there are any issues, you still get your hundo or so back...

you actually don't need to endorse a check provided it is a straight deposit with no cash back. so you should be fine.

Still having so much trouble trying to cash this check (under $2000) I got nearly 2 weeks ago. Tried to use a Mobile Deposit App twice via 2 different banks + took it into BOA and they wouldnt take it. Can someone please pm me what bank they are using to deposit/if its a different bank than the one on the check?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This. Do I have to make a deposit using WU to have that as a cashout option?

You will have to deposit via Western Union in order to receive a payout from them. I would call a customer support supervisor from bovada and ask them exactly how many deposits you need to make in order to be eligible for a payout. Their policy has been wildly inconsistent over the past two years. They might tell you that you only need to deposit once, they might tell you that you need to make WU your main deposit option before getting a payout (whatever that means) etc. But you will have to make at least one deposit.

I recently made a payout request (July 19). This is my first payout request on the site, so I have been following this thread to try and see what I am going to need to go through. Will I need to deposit the check into the bank that I gave them information on? I have a couple different accounts, and wanted to deposit into a different account (to keep from the wife finding out how much I am withdrawing!). I have deposited using both the account they have the information on, and also from the account I wanted to deposit to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Approved 7/08
Received 8/01 from North
Deposited via ATM without any issues.
My last 4 checks have taken 34, 31, 23, and 17 business days respectively. Hopefully Bovada can keep the trend going.

Very nice, looks like Bovada is really making an effort to improve check delivery time frames.

Such an odd question IMO. Why does Bovada have your bank information? But even if they had this info you can deposit wherever you want, how could anyone stop you?

I just read what I posted, and you are right...poor choice of wording. I just had to verify my account was current before they would send the payout. I didnt know if it had information on the check regarding customer information (i.e. a user's bank). Thanks for the response.

You PM'd me 3 times and I told you all of the info necessary to get your money seamless. You seem childish/delusional and the problem is obviously on your end not bovadas. Before I ever anwer any pms from now on i'm gonna look at 'threads created' history. I look at yours and almost half the threads you create get locked. Futhermore the content is all about how to use a vpn to play on stars, use moneybookeers to rec funds to usa, collusion penalties/how to reopen banned accts, how to not pay taxes or cash deposits without a bank account...

You are a class A deadbeat.

Same thing happened to my friend. He was pulling out the max via wu per week for months. He never rec'd his last 2k payout and bodog never reimbursed the pending payout back into his account. Last time I spoke to him about this they were still working on "retrieving" the missing payout. This was about 3-4 months ago.
