Sites tend to give lots of holiday time to their rank and file employees around this time of year. It's a common slow time for processing of docs, withdrawals, etc.

With that said, 19 days seems rather excessive.

You do realize that you requested on Christmas day yes? That likely will slow things down a bit (for the aforementioned reasons).

Are BTC withdrawals free? OR are they subject to the free 4 per calendar year?

The BTC left my Electrum wallet I told the tier-1 rep and I offered to go over the transaction, but she said it needed to escalated to the finance department. She didn't seem to my claims that the money was sent and confirmed and said I would be receiving response in 24-48 hrs. Should be all set very soon, just wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar and if there were any nightmare scenarios w verifying the transaction w them?

I really hope it's just a glitch in their system.

Did you issue been resolve yet?
I just got the same message and sent them an email, despite not having made a Bitcoin deposit for ages. I didn't realise there was a limit of 1 Bitcoin withdrawal every three days (as mentioned below) so I wonder if that is the reason for the message (even though the wording still doesn't make sense) as I have already made a withdrawal with the last 48 hours.

Looks like it could just be an error but I guess it could be the 3 day limit. In the past I believe I have requested a second btc within the 3 day limit but it just took longer to process. Maybe this will help.

definitely something fishy going on here,

My last withdrawal was on dec 24 around 1am, so that's more than 72 hours.

Also they quote that it was my deposit that hasn't been confirmed, but when I looked at the reference number,it was the withdraw on Dec 24.

I just sent them a screen shot on blockchain with said transaction, it already had 500+ confirmations, let see how that goes.

I am in the same boat as some other people. Blockchain says transactions confirmed but Ignition Cashier says otherwise. I spoke to them on phone and they said they will get back to me through email in 24-48 hours. Probably just a glitch. I used to get upset about this type of stuff but learned that it is less stress on me to just go with the flow.

Yeah, many people are experiencing this so it has to be an issue at their end. I hypothesised that it may have been due to their recent super-fast withdrawal process resulting in people breaking the one Bitcoin withdrawal per 3 days rule, but at least one person said they hadn't previously requested a withdrawal in the past 3 days, so I guess that isn't the reason.

Haven't Circle stopped working with Bitcoin? Sign up with Coinbase instead.

Correct, Circle has quit buying and selling bitcoin. They are no longer in the business of acting as a bitcoin exchange.

Coinbase also has their own full function bitcoin exchange called GDAX that only charges 0.25% if you are willing to do that little extra work to buy and sell your bitcoin.

Your GDAX account connects to your Coinbase account so you can transfer between them instantly for free.

No more Circle account for Bitcoin.

Opened a Coinbase account on Dec 20. Took about 2 days to confirm my checking account and 6 days to confirm a debit card.

Withdrawal from Ignition
Dec 20 $365
Dec 22 $165
No problems with Blockchain.

$545 into my checking account on Dec 28th.
