No they haven't. So dramatic, they roughly take 48 hrs to process after requesting, but some take around 5 days for whatever reason.

I've been waiting over 17 days for my latest bitcoin withdrawal. My account has been "temporarily disabled" since 2-3 days after my withdrawal request, when the withdrawals team flagged it for "suspicious activity" and flushed it into Limbo for "further review (much further, it turned out, then farther than further, and every day they say it's still under review).

17 days is just an absurd period for an ostensibly good-faith review -- wild goose chase, fishing expedition... holding money hostage is criminal in itself, Booo, Boo this casino!

I'm not sure if you are quoting that poster or this is about you. Either way, looks like they must have a legit reason for reviewing the account. Good Luck.

Does Ignition play games with the timing of payouts and the value of the BTC? What I mean is, do they wait for the value of a BTC to spike, then pay out so it costs less BTC for them?

I'm asking because I've only made 1 withdrawal from there and I was paid at a "peak" time of the BTC value. Like my BTC have never been worth more than they were at the moment I got them- they went down within hours the day I rec'd them and never went back up above that peak over the past couple of weeks. Seems like it can't be a coincidence.

If not wanting to pay out after a 50-cent slot bet hit for over 3,000x (on a tiny deposit bonus) is a "legit reason."

Man up and pay your debt, Ignition.

BTC withdrawal request for $3,000
Requested 11/12 11PM
Received 11/14 10AM in my wallet
Sent on from my wallet to my bank, will take a few more days but that's not Ignition's problem

I'm a poker player, played a small amount of blackjack, but never use their bonuses due to I always get shafted on withdrawals by any on-line casino when I deposit using a bonus. Also I am a poker fish, figured worth mentioning in case they process fish withdrawals faster than poker winners or casino players.

I thought it was a legit question. Am I supposed to assume it wouldn't be worth their trouble to do what I was saying? And they wouldn't be able to benefit from it?

Just under 2.5 days. Happy to see ignition continuing to payout BTC relatively quickly on a consistent basis.

I had a issue with my first bitcoin withdraw. I withdraw request through my phone instead of my computer. the lock my account and I had to call the security about my account. The reason why my account was lock was because my phone ip showed me in a different state. I dont know why it did that. They thought i was using a vpn. I got the issue resolved and the security department was very polite and explain more to me about bitcoin and help me with all my issue. So ignition customer service is outstanding in my books. They lock my account for my safety. They wanted to make sure I was the one who requested for the withdraw. So be patient, your issue will get take care of.
