The reason why my account was lock was because my phone ip showed me in a different state. I dont know why it did that. They thought i was using a vpn. I got the issue resolved and the security department was very polite and explain more to me about bitcoin and help me with all my issue. So ignition customer service is outstanding in my books. They lock my account for my safety. They wanted to make sure I was the one who requested for the withdraw. So be patient, your issue will get take care of.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid they're cobbling together a case for confiscating my $$$ -- coming up with some Bee Ess bonus beef because, instead of busting to zero, a $50 bonus blew up to $1,000+ and rolled all the way on over.
At this point, why are they stalling (waiting until they think it's too late for me to charge back enough deposits to cover the shortfall)?
