Not that I can figure out exactly what they are saying is the problem there. I had no connection problems with any other Internet services; just Bovada tables. Charter, of course, has no idea what they're talking about.

Hopefully it was a one time glitch, but I'm afraid to get any money into a tournament if it's going to be an ongoing problem. Any Charter customers having ongoing issues with Bovada disconnections?
I use Charter and just started having this issue about an hour ago. Bovada works fine on the wifi hotspot I use for backup. Is the solution the same as it was for the Comcast issue?

Anyone else having a hard time getting this new software update to go through? It keeps pausing and timing out not allowing me into the poker client.

I uninstalled the software, re-downloaded it and now am having this issue, not able to log in.

If your opponent folds you win the pot but whatever bet you made is NOT returned to you.

If you get called I am not exactly sure what happens, the Hand History system Bovada uses doesn't allow me to go back and prove/find these.

The only hand histories I do have are when I bet/opponent folds and I lose the amount bet.


I am not sure how to upload screenshots of the hand history, but Bovada admitted to me that it did occur and I have screenshots of hand histories.

I have charter and can't get on. Just tried the google DNS thing and it didn't fix the problem.

yeah i cant login back either was playing a $5 sng had big chip lead with 4 to go and it frozed then i logged out and now cant get back in soo might be techinacal thing their worker on anyone call support

Yeah can't log in,. Was trying to register to the 10k guarantee but froze up and now when trying to log in gives an error message about cannot complete update, error... blah

But I wanted to say I also have Charter, up in Massachusetts... Hope they didn't block us.

Was registered in 2 HUSNG's and hadn't got any action for about 25 minutes so figured something was wrong, tried to unregister and couldn't. I logged out and now I can't log in. I'm sure I got blinded down in those SNG's. Hope they refund for this. Have charter internet FWIW.

Can't log in to the web page either.....can somebody give me their support email address please?

Dam. I just talked to a "Customer support rep". He wanted to transfer me to the poker department but they are swamped apparently. He indicated to me they were having some trouble but I should try the usual cookies/cache clear and reboot computer; said to call back after reboot if I couldn't log in. He wouldn't confirm if this error just happened within the past hour, but it did sound to be the case.

Still stuck at liveupdate but I'm not gonna call just yet.

Whenever several people experience the issue then it's a typically a bovada server issue which means it's worthless to uninstall/reinstall the software, clear cookies, or whatever.

The only thing that you ca do is wait for them to fix it.

Still down for me atm.
