It's not the Bovada servers. 75% of players at my tables didn't get disconnected.

Good place to post when you get disconnected imo.

Yeah, it went down, now it is back up. Sucks when you have a big hand or position on a fish. Can the mods condense all those "I'm disconnected" posts into one, other posts are buried by all that. I understand there isn't really another place to check if you are the only one with the issue, but maybe if afterwards someone merges them other things won't get overlooked.

For example, if this EvictionNotice guy has proof of a reproducible cashier error, I would really like to see the steps to reproduce or the specific conditions to search for in the the HHs.

Yeah, because if it wasn't the Bovada servers going down, then obviously the vast majority of players would've remained connected.

Oh wait, that's exactly what happened...

BTW, check here:
http://www.outageanalyzer.com/
At the exact moment that people started posting in this thread, there was an outage in central US and Canada affecting about 1000 domains. They list the likely cause as follows:

34.36% - Hosting Service issue at http://hosting#Azure_North Central US
34.33% - Hosting Service issue for Microsoft Azure
31.3% - Fault with Host at 207.46.206.123

Guess what? None of those is Bovada's fault (Edit: all three of those refer to the same thing: Microsoft Azure, which hosts websites and provides cloud service and data management. If you want to blame anyone, blame them).

Do I just e-mail/call support and telling them what the programming flaw is, and ask for my money back and just accept whatever they give to me? Or should I go through my entire hand history and prove every single instance of this happening? Also, I'm sure I am not the only person victimized by this, so do I post what the exact issue is + proof?
Never had this happen before on any site. So some serious advice would be appreciated.
I think this needs attention. Anyone else ever feel like you get shorted after sessions and just write it off as your error?

There was this a few months ago:

The supposed cashouts as stated on cash statements(accurate) is 165, but only 158 were shown under game transactions. (I double counted from the same starting date and time for both)

I just wanted to throw this out there, because accurate results cannot be tracked when not all the hand histories are there...

I don't know if this is a glitch or what, but I called them, they asked me to send in a screenshot, I did, and they said that it may be due to "synchronization" lag, which is complete bs since it has been days since my last cash out.
What came out of this conversation was that there is sometimes synchronization issues -- that while your bankroll is correct, your game transactions might not be accurate until later (possibly up to a couple of weeks). I don't know if that's what the case was with tiltedbad (I don't recall him giving an update), but that was the response from support and from others in the thread. I'd suggest he check his cash statements, rather than the game transactions, and see if stuff matches there.

From personal experience there's been a number of times I thought I was shorted at the end of a session but like I said they were losing sessions and I'm inclined to believe it's just me losing track over hundreds of hands and a little tilt. Def something everyone should make a mental note of and take stock at the end of sessions just to make sure.

This is not what I am referring to. I just wanted advice as to the best way to approach Bovada regarding a bug. Don't need to double check everything! You are probably not effected.
