I just had a mini-crash/disconnect and had a $2,000 buy-in go missing for about 3 minutes, but finally re-appeared.

I currently cannot log into the downloadable client, but I can log into the browser version.

Just played cash and my buy ins were removed from my account 3x for each table, including when I was moved tables. My 270 profit is now showing as a 1600 loss.

Booooooo. If **** like this is happening they need to just shut down the client until it's fixed.

What site is considered the next best alternative to Bovada for US players? These ongoing issues are getting to me.

You guys saying, "can't log in" aren't mentioning the method. Make sure you are also trying the browser version, especially if you are in a tournament getting blinded down.

I currently cannot log into the poker client, but can log into the browser version.

BEWARE

Like several have said, it is back to missing buy-ins, because of multiple simultaneous buy-in requests happening when stuck at 99% table loading. I'm done for the night after $6,000 just went missing....

It re-appeared about 2 minutes later.

I'm pretty sure you aren't depositing today, so why even stick your nose in a thread that can't possibly have a single solitary thing to do with you? Oh! Because you wanted to cause discontent and stir up something. I see. OK. Just one bit of advice....try in the future, to stick to only going to your keyboard when...A: You have something positive to add and........B: You actually have something to say. Thank you

Step 3: Wait literally 15 days from when problems started

Step 4: Release statement giving a basic explanation of what a DDOS attack is, claiming it's a totally new, emerging thing. Link to Norton antivirus generic DDOS page, which itself says this type of attack started around the year 2000.

It doesn't inspire confidence that they are so dishonest for virtually no reason, blaming the players for their own problems until they are forced to admit them. And yet despite all this they're still probably the best poker site for US players, unfortunately.
Until....(insert crossed fingers here) they run completely out of anything else to tax. This, like legal cannabis...is going to come from the state level up....not the federal level down. We will get nationwide online poker and we will be able to once again, compete against (and myself personally hopes its on Poker Stars) the world player base. On what evidence do i base this? On taxes. See. Almost all state governments are constitutionality forbidden to run what's called a 'deficit economy' (think Washington DC for a GREAT example of deficit economy). States....not so much. They have to balance the books every year, Covid or no Covid....there isn't a lot of waivers available to state legislators across the country, starting this year...but accelerating strongly next year, as year 2 of the pandemic taxes come in low again. They are going to be reaching for any and all revenue streams, regardless of how 'toxic' it is to the churches in the area. Churches don't pay taxes and online poker pays a TON of them. When push comes to shove, and the bills start coming due on states with not enough revenue available to satisfy them....a lot of interesting things will all of a sudden start being talked about in the legalisation of quite a few things, all in the name of our friend....taxes. But. If we want a truly positive outcome, it is essential that we get a 'seat at the table' as online poker comes into state after state and hooks up to the network of states already there. With the right type of advertising and outreach, we can become the darling of a lot of little state legislators. Why do we want little ones? Like Delaware? Or West Virginia? Or Wyoming for that matter. Simple, every state we get in our column( 50 states, to tip the federal ball, my guess is it will take 30 states legalizing and tying into the already present but small, network) is one step closer to the inevitable federal legislation we deserve. More states in the 'pool'....the harder it becomes for the holdouts, to hold out. Ok? If Pot, cannabis, can do what they have done nationwide in just the last 6-12 years, how much easier will that make this for 'us'? Answer:A lot! A: These legislators are getting fat and happy on pot taxes( New Jersey went full legal like a month ago, taking in $5 mil a DAY in taxes( BTW, none of which currently finds its way to Washington. It all stays in Jersey). B; A bunch of other legislators know this and are green with envy. C: No self respecting politician from either side of the non existent 'side of the aisle' can turn down taxes that NOBODY objects to! Why! Taxes that no one objects to, are to a politician what candy is to a baby! What liquor is to a drunk! What a lottery machine is to a deg'n gambler! What a 25 year old blonde supermodel is to me!!!! My point gentlemen....there has never been a better or more opportune time, to move our ball down the field, one statehouse at a time! And, WOW, it's an election year!

Unless you are fortunate to live in Jersey, Delaware, Nevada, and i think Michigan and Pennsylvania may be there soon....there really honestly isn't one. Believe me! If there were, i would be there. We need online poker in more states. Online poker generates lots and lots of state and local type taxes. It's an election year. See the tie in? We have a shot this year to get a few more legal states in our column, and we need to strike while the iron is hot, as Granny used to say. I never figured out what she meant by that, cause Granny didn't play no online poker. Granny didn't know nuthin 'bout no online and if she had, it wuz likely a sin! Lets see what we can do with some state assemblies that are broke, up for re-election, and desperate for new tax revenue. It's a good time to strike now. Primary season, lets see who we can get hard and fast agreements from that this state( which ever state you're in) needs online poker and the taxes it will inevitably bring.
