Is there a way to get full hands history in a format which can be imported into a HEM2 ? I asked for my hand history, but I got it from you only in some excel file and importing is not possible

I sent the 888support my hands history for today to accelerate things. No news yet. Is there a lot of players in my situation because of todays multiple disconnections? I'm asking that to know if I should expect to wait for a while.

I would expect it to be sorted in the morning now.

Actually I just checked that I had raked €864 last month and just converted my points to $22. So that would actually be close to 3%. Much more than I anticipated.. Although I did won some gold coins or whatever from that spinning wheel and from my scratch card, so probably shouldn't be expecting such generous returns in the future.

i got a 50$ casino bonus in my last scratchcard. Which options do i have to make this money "global" to my account so i can use it also in Poker? I have to play casino games, right? but how much and where can i see my progress? i already played some casino games, won a little and the amount of restricted money only increased instead... does that mean the amount of "points" which i have to accumulate to free the whole amount of casino restricted money also increased?

If you would rake 2.000 EUR your rakeback is still 22 USD so you are surprised with your good % only because you didnt rake too much.

And about casino bonus. This money will never go to your poker account unless you wager them like thousand times and hit jackpot.

Well, I was being ironic in meaning that 3% would make me happy. But yeah, I cut down my playing to a minimum and only take on games from 888 if I can't fill up elsewhere. Been thinking of cutting it entirely from my mix, as it seems like the games haven't become better (probably even worse) after they made the vip change.

I won " 888 merchandise " from scratch card, but I didn't get any email in a week or so, so I sent them an email, I got reply that they can see i'm missing one prize and its iGoodies freeroll ticket, aka like 10 cents value thingy? Solid scam tho, on the pic there were t shirts and **** when I won the 888 merchandise.

Haha, they have no idea what is going on their own site. I won a scratch card and scratched cash bonus if I play X amount of raked snap hands. I closed scratch card site and sat to play some snap hands. I played a bit but I forgot exact amount of hands needed to get that bonus. I wrote to support to ask how did exactly this challenge look. As a reply I got info that it wasnt 'play X raked snap hands' but 'be active for X days challenge'. I didnt continue this conversation cause before I got reply my bonus was on my account. So they hire total incompetent support members or they have no access to info about scratch cards after player close pop up window or... They just try to scam you out of every dollar possible as soon as they notice you dont know something and there is possibility to give you some bull**** story instead of a bonus you were offered before. My advice - always take a screenshot of your scratchcard.
