i got banned a while ago for no reason. is there anything you can do about it 888rep?

support isn`t helpful, they don`t wanna hear about it or try to help solving this problem. i have played for years on every site and have a clean record on all of them, i can provide proof of that if needed.

its been almost a week. can you help or not ?

i don`t understand why does it takes so long. i don`t understand what`s your process... i need to be contacted by someone already.

I haven't heard anything back so I would advise you to either phone or mail support and see if you can get an explanation for your issue.

You will need to send this kind of issue direct to support along with any evidence you have and they will investigate it.

already talked with support by mail. they don`t want to tell me why they banned me, they say they reserve their right to choose their customers. this is really shaddy and unprofessional by your part :/

Anyone have opinion on Lotos Poker and LuckyAcePoker?
Are they "as good" as 888 poker? All sites mentioned above are owned by same company, Cassava Enterprises.
Thinking about clearing a smaller bonus before making account on 888

Lobby not updating for me.

I'm playing on a dongle as my home internet is out of action for a day or so. I imagine there is a chance the two are connected but if so, is there a way to give the non updating lobby a kick start?

I left a Snap pool an hour ago and the join now box is still greyed out!

So 888rep, what happens to money that is confiscated from cheaters/bots when their accounts are closed?

Data security seems to be a bit off on this site. Passwords max. length is 8 characters.
Then I saw this window. When you get your login details shown in plain text, it typically means that the passwords are stored in plain text.
The site does use encrypted connection via SSL though. But it still doesn't justify storing user passwords in plaintext.

Any comment 888 rep?
