No. I talked to the vice director or something of 888 at last WSOP and told him that this matter would be very important to a lot of players and I would even pay for that. But he made it quite clear that their interest is to do anything good for the recreational players only and this would be more a matter for regular players. He also didn't agree that it would be a small implementation to do so.

It really really really really really really really really really REALLY bugs me that your rules make people post one Big Blind after someone has busted.

This results also on occasion, to someone raising 2bb UTG fooling me in late position to think that he's the BB instead of an UTG raise... which means, I end up raising against what I think is a BB, while in fact I am 3beting an UTG raise.

I have numerous issues with importing 888 hands into HEM. I can't see hole cards on non-Showdown hands (a commonly reported problem) and a very large percentage of hands I play don't get imported at all.

Hello everybody's 888. I do not know if someone already said more would suggest some improvements in the software.

1- Improve the structure of payments and have option of making deals.
2- Improving timebank, or adding more time for each action or having the option to automatically activate pre-flop.
3- Token or Pin for added security with our accounts
4- Improving the structures of tournaments because at the end they saw turbos, the 109 Challenge High Roller is the tournament that has the best structure in MTT's.
5- Add more tournaments on the grill with guaranteed good.
6- Increase guaranteed Tornado and Hurricane, I believe that you guys put a guaranteed 15K will easily beat the guaranteed. And there's other tournaments that guaranteed can also be increased.
7 Option find players.
8- Improve support, because sometimes take up to 3 days to reply.
9. Add more tournaments of other modalities as NLO8, PLO8 and PLO with guaranteed good.
10- The river has to appear faster, it takes more. Enough to give agony.
11-Customize betting bar, pre-flop and post-flop

I love to play in the 888, and I believe that with these improvements you guys would attract more players and further consolidating as a great poker room. I await an answer, thank you.

All of your suggestions are very reasonable and, along with lowering the rake to match PStars so they compete using their advantage of being better regulated, have been made before. Unfortunately, the priority seems to be tweeking the software so that the deposit-bundle-of-cash button is as close to a betting button as possible. I am certain that once that has been perfected they will get right on those player-friendly suggestions.

Any news on the no sound issue on Macs? I seriously doubt this is so hard to solve for it to take more than 3 months. Aren't you aware that you are losing rake from players that want to play on 888 but can't because it's just impossible to do so while multi tabling with other sites?

This should be one of the biggest priorities for the tech team right now. I don't want to sound rude but why isn't it solved yet? It's making you lose money. I thought that would be enough to make you fix it.

Can players tell how often 888 software has seen improvements?

Don't like how posting blinds work, you get like 6 second time to make your decision whether to post blind or not.
