To be honest: mentioned thread not new, but is characterized that supernova01 ready to all, include not fair and abusing activities. Dovidiu link and quote only for backup.

I have also found many bugs at 888poker, but never tried to use them unfair. After checking always reported. 888rep my witness

at the end i wrote that it is not possible to play more than 6 tables anyway. if i violated terms of 888 why they didnt conficate my bankroll? u hate me cause im russian, racists. Now i dont want to speak about this anymore.

Looks like massive russian regs hunt. + new dangerous moment - after hack, fake mails sending,like from support, to gain time. The investigation is nothing new and user wait. At this time they who have access to account, have time to transfer and withdraw money. Finally real account owner ask what happening, contact with 888 from non existing in 888 databases e-mail (hackers change original e-mail), 888 not answer. Result: real user considers 888 is cheaters/thieves and stolen money without any reason

So I did this, on 26 Apr and got the standard email autobot response about "we're up to our eyeballs in hookers and blow at the moment, but please hold as your email is important to us".

Any ideas how long it will take for an informative response?

Just out of curiosity - you said that problem with lags/disconnections was resolved, so why everyday there is lobby lag on 888? You cannot join tables, Sit&goes you try to open have ended long time ago so you cannot open those etc. etc...

Since the latest 888 software update The pacific/888 client fails to write the hole cards for all of my PLO hands so then it doesn't recognize me as the hero.
As a result HM 2 doesn't show any hole cards in reports or the replayer.

this problem does not occur with NL Holdem hands.

anyone has the same problem?

any help how to fix it?

Hi, any updates on when RSA tokens/ pins/ 2 factor authentication will be available on your site to protect account balances? I always keep the minimum amount necessary on your site because of this huge risk factor. As it stands now, 888 and ipoker are the only two sites that dont offer this security feature- even a simple pin option would be a huge upgrade. Thanks!

Why did I know this was coming!

So I checked the software client... no telephone number there. Checked the 888 web site using "call" and "telephone" as search parameters, no telephone number there. Perhaps the problem is that I am no longer a spring chicken and the bleeding obvious to all you young folks is no longer so for me. Perhaps you can provide me a telephone number, not an 800 or 1300 number but a real number, for Australia, via PM is fine.
