Your best bet now is to give support a call and ask them directly, they will be able to see your email in your account so they should give you an answer to your issue.

Why did I know this was coming!
So I checked the software client... no telephone number there. Checked the 888 web site using "call" and "telephone" as search parameters, no telephone number there. Perhaps the problem is that I am no longer a spring chicken and the bleeding obvious to all you young folks is no longer so for me. Perhaps you can provide me a telephone number, not an 800 or 1300 number but a real number, for Australia, via PM is fine.
