Is this true, has whatever issue was causing the disconnects been permanently resolved? If so, please confirm that there should be no more widespread disconnect issues. Also, could you elaborate on what the issues were and why widespreads disconnects won't occur again in the future?

If you can confirm that the disconnect issues have been resolved i'm willing to start playing on 888 again, but I want a guarantee that those issues have been resolved first.

- Is it possible to have my balance in euros? I am trying to make a deposit (500 usd) but I have to pay 331,92£.... 532 usd. I have neteller, partypoker, pokerstars in euros and now I don't know what I have to do.

As a follow up to my original post (which was quoted twice on page 593 of this thread - thank you to the quoters for your support) I have just sent the following email to 888holdings board of directors. It really sucks that they cannot be held criminally accountable for the issues stated in my original post.

"Please pass this on to the board. Below is a copy of my final response to your poker management team.

I'd just like to say that what you guys are doing should be illegal. It is incredibly immoral...I would hate to think how many players are losing hundreds of dollars every day because of your poker site's disconnections. This is not an isolated problem, it has been occurring frequently now for months.

It shouldn't be legal to continue letting people put money into pots with your server in the state that it is in. You keep telling me that you are trying to fix the problem, but again you shouldn't be allowed to keep players putting money into pots until the problem is fixed. It's so wrong on so many levels, and 888 is a prime example of why there needs to be a proper regulatory body for online poker sites.

It's just so, so bad. So wrong, so immoral, and I can't even begin to imagine the psychological justification mechanisms that you must employ to allow yourselves to sleep at night. Your prime shareholders should be really ashamed of themselves, and I am very happy not to be playing on your site anymore.

The lobby lag is just insane. It's been like this ever since I started playing on this site more than a year ago.

FFS 888 rep pull your finger out of your rear end and do something about addressing this extremely frustrating issue.

Just vote with your feet and don't play there any,ore until the disconnection problems have been solved. There are many other sites that are more than happy to accept your action.

Anyone else getting massive lag atm?

I'm playing the main event, and sometimes it takes about 5+ seconds after pressing a button for the action to take place.
Also, more frustratingly, it sometimes times right down on a player before I see their action, then the action of every player still to act happens at the same time, and suddenly its my turn and i've got half my timebank left.

Glad I qualified in a satellite or I'd be really annoyed right now - it's so hard to play when this happens and really distracting.
