Hello, I have problem.

I have account on your site probably more than 6 months. I have few friends that are playing there also and they showed me the site and how to register, also sent few times some money with player transfer (both friends are from my city as u can see) and I played and made some money and sent back so they withdraw for me since I have no skrill or bank account. I have not sent documents because nobody asked and did not know it is important. Two weeks ago I recieved a mail about my account been suspended, they asked for document and I sent those after they asked. But got answer that my account is locked and can not play but I dont see reason for doing that since I only played and transfered money, never did anything wrong. I have 79$ on my account and it is money that is mine but it seems like u stole it... I would like to keep playing there so can u answer me why am I banned and can it be resolved?

Made a withdrawal on Wednesday will it be processed today or on Monday not sure whether Saturdays and Sundays count or not.
