Bug as well. It seems it happens the moment you try to sit at a table, which is closing at the same moment. As result, neither you have a table, neither lobby shows it. Restarting client helps.

Hi, does 888 making changes because new legislation to Mexico?

My 888 acount is in dollars and deposit-cashout with Neteller in dollars too so usually was depositing-cashing out without issues.

Last time i deposited was July 31 deposit in dollars with Neteller and no issues, cashout Aug 14, get the money August 18 no issues, was not charged anything extra.

Today try to deposit, my account still appear in dollars but also in my local coin mx under the dollar amount (which was not there last time deposited), so when i try to deposit from neteller i introduce the amount i got on Neteller in dollars and put that same amount on cashier in dollars, but was not aproved because it say i,m short on like $4 difference, and mention the amount i try to deposit in $mx not dollars, it also mention the rate on dollars to my local coin.

So is like you guys charging me a rate for convertion of coins, but if neteller is on dollars and account on 888 too not sure whats going on.

I know i can deposit a lower amount and is going to be aproved, but want to know why the rate charge.

Is there a way to get a HUD set up for SNAP?

Tournaments only, 888 modified their HH for this so on cash HUD won't work. Used to work for some time on PT4 until they made this modification.

i have a super annoying problem right now, i log in and sign up for some sngs then get this message popping up "the automatic update process encountered an error, please click ok and re-launch the program"


as has been documented by myself and a few other players in the philippines whenever there is an automatic update it takes HOURS to install, so if i click ok and the update starts i will lose all the money i have going in sngs

so im just gonna play, but the problem is i cant access the lobby to unregister from the sngs that probably wont run because u cant click the lobby with this update error box open, so either A) my internet will cut out and i wont be able to get back on and i will lose all my sngs running and registered for or B) i will finish all the ones im playing but two of them that are unlikely to run today will still have me registered and i will have to keep the client open waiting for them to register (which wont happen since sng registration dies in a couple hours) and i will have to hope to get reinstalled before those get going so i will have to hope to be able to unregister


basically can they please find a way to not make the automatic updates take 6 hours for players in thephilippines, even when im on good quality internet it takes all day

they work for regular cash games, just not SNAP tables

Those chinese guys - fishmaster and 6927700 -still do not know that they must not sit out when 4 persons at the table. Please, warn them cos they do not react warnings in chat.

Can you explain why it's wrong to sit out?

Hi, I'm from Canada looking to make a deposit onto 888 since Pacific Poker days.

I can deposit with Instadebit or Instant Banking, but is there another method to cash out other than Bank Draft or Wire Transfer? Like a EFT or eCheck if I deposit with Instant Banking?

I don't understand why there is no Instadebit cash out when every site I deposit with Instadebit can be cashed out with that method.

Bank Draft is a hassle because I don't drive and need to wait longer to get in the mail, then for the cheque to clear.
For Wire Transfer, my bank charges $15. Would be okay on a large sum, but I'm a micro stakes players.

Not sure if this is new, but when playing satties during the break a video starts playing in the middle of the table with an 888 commercial. Really annoying having that blasted through my break, is there a way to switch it off?

Yes it is a new feature in the live sats, some players like it and some don't so maybe best just to turn your volume down for a few minutes and you won't have to listen to it if you don't want to.

Sorry but that is currently the only way you can deposit or withdraw.

Wouldn't it make far more sense to turn this into an optional feature that can be disabled by the player? It may be entertaining for the first few times, but I can assure you the vast majority of players won't be as pleased in the long run. Only Monty Python likes spam.
