I've sent to your support nicknames of two players that made obvious chipdumping on NL2000. One raised 1950, 2nd pushed and the 1st player folded. And they repeated it 4 or 5 times on different tables. I've sent nicknames, date, time, table names.

Well after 4 years let me tell you that for all we know we could be playing against site players input by the site for the site, the only reason they avoid giving answers to questions in emails and unsafisfactory explanations to inept issues/bugs/and supposed non-disclosure to accounts that they say have done no wrong in terms of collusion or any other improprieties Then im starting to wonder if they just don't give a rats xxx.

Albeit for me to chime in and complain as its all useless and pointless ,been there done that ,commission says its legal blah blah blah yet when push comes to shove I sincerely hope they get wiped off the internet as a business as the model in my opinion just doesn't hold and clear weight in terms of value and honesty and fairplay.

The ship has sunk for a lot of internet fraudulent gambling websites ,it is upto cassava to put things right and 888 staff to ensure their so called business model reaches the right standards ,at the present moment in time nothing has been fixed ,everyone is complaining and the amount of cheating on the site at present including having multi accounts is far too rife.888 as a company simply don't want to give any answers to anyone when they should be investigating all the problems and sorting them out..

both their poker servers mess about with your ip configuration in such a way who knows whats going on.When I connect up im being transferred to different hosting websites and other networks that have nothing to do with 888 poker .I think advertising content should be banned from all poker websites.

888 will fail to maintain and attract new customers to their site unless they fix all the issues and sort out and control the security of the site.

Im a regular player on there and have been for over 3 years and nothing in my opinion has made me feel at all happy or safe with playing at this site.

All in all ,I think they are on a parr with the old fulltilt poker and have just used this whole company asset as a front to make it into a money cow, why do you think they do so well on the stock exchange?

I also think the software has got really bad ,every time I get aces I lose ,they suckout all the time with the worst hand .Ok so you might win 1 hand ,but you lose it again straight away , its forever impossible to chip up in the daily reg games .really think the software is bs! browser version anyway wont let me download the software for real as it says its come from an untrusted location.

....Anyway bringing back to some points I have of my own here :

1, 888 cassava already do nothing to combat fraud or collusion in my personal opinion,why do I state this , well its simple really there was this one person in the main event of the horse race challenge ,he won every single pot nearly all uncontested ,he won all the all in flips, all the races, every time he had the best hand. This person was either a complete fraud, or a bot or something I cannot explain other than the fact he was a massively winning without so much as an incline ,no loss of any hand whatsoever ,has not played nearly half as much as some others ie myself and to be honest the person is not a reg nor was he playing in such a way that it seemed fair.
The user who I wont personally identify on here otherwise I might get an infraction by twoplustwo moderators Mike and co, so I wont at this moment.But that's not to say I wont out his name in the other forums.

I believe the person I identified was most definitely cheating ,he won every single hand no matter what or how he played , I was in that tourney and felt that he could see all the cards or see everyone elses cards to that effect.

What also bugs me about 888 poker ,and yes ive spent some 4k playing all the games on the site over the years never won so much as a $100 tournament, I would envisage the games on the site are run pretty square on however there are a number of issues.

under the webpage privacy policy I noticed some 4 advertising websites,there is also
links and scorecard research website domains, and other traffic pollution websites that all have something to do with 888 poker website under their privacy policy.

I have since deleted the various cookies under all but 888poker.coms website.Most seem to be advertising beacons however im unsure what they all are .

I feel its odd you cannot comment on the bugs/issues at present on the no-download browser format and yet constant programming issues and software bugs in windows with the actual download client software .

Yet you say nothing to help fix the current issues with what everone is used to using.

who is that ensures the rng is set and correct? is this ecogra because if it is I don't think anyone in that company is doing much to fix things.Players will give up in the end.

Kept having trouble withdrawing.

First time i did it, it didnt process, and then was cancelled for some reason. Just tried it again and its still not working.

How many days does it take to withdraw exactly? I thought it should be instant like on FTP and PS? Im using the same method as when im depositing too, Skrill so i dont understand the hold up really.

Yeah it can take 1-2 business days for the money to show up in your bank account, even after it says "paid" on 888.

You can tell them about all mistakes here, then they will take care of them for 5 years and nothing will happen...

I was thinking it took 50 staff all told to write or rather lets just say send an generic email after each player has emailed the site, so instead of talking to one particular rep or site host ,you end up talking to about 50, and getting no response after 5 days ,and then are bombarded with 50 generic emails getting nowhere in the process, then 2 weeks later they say theres no issues or problems everythings legit.

FFs look at the 888rep in here , not only has she/he got the non-sense to post ridiculous stuff and ridicule members who are having a hard time with certain devices meant to play on the site with ,but also the way in which she says they get things done to fix it all which by the way is total utter rubbish.

And to think I was emailed by the staff saying I have a nice bonus on my account ,and I must visit the online chat facility and claim my bonus ! ohh wait I have to deposit $500 first ...I mean yer sure ive spent $5,000 already whats nother 500 more ehh? make the font bigger on the tables. its wayyy too small when the table is a small size(please see winamax and pokerstars).

also, is the first :55 on an mtt not a break? thats horrid if so,

other than that the software seems pretty good on first use. reasonably paced, with enough useful features for an MTTer (eg preferred seating, my favourites tab).
