I still have the withdraw in $ option here and my account is in £

I have this option in theory. I can choos from like seven currencies but when I click WITHDRAW it automatically change into EUR and charge my account with some random amount of cash based on their funny exchange rates. Example:
Amount: 750
Currency: USD
WITHDRAW
Account charged with like 1018 USD (I play in USD), and EUR showns as a choosen currency.

This is not good news.

Can you PM me your real poker user name please and it would be helpful if anyone with a querie can add it to thier posts in future as it saves a lot of time.

omg this is tilting...my 888 just got disc while on the money bubble! .....my friend also couldn't connect.

I have sent these over and am awaiting a response but it may not be until Monday or Tuesday now.

this is sooooo efff'd up! finally able to reconnect and the one im money bubble in, left me only <3BBs...WTF?!?! I want my money and equity back!

Can you send the details to support@888poker as soon as possible so that they can investigate it and that goes for anyone else experiencing issues.

Unable to login whilst at a final table (typhoon) I have been watching myself blind down with everybody else at the table still playing, from 25bb to 5bb until i could get back in.


This is simply unacceptable I do not pay my tournament fees for this to occur.

I am also having connection issues with 888 and others are as well... Im worried t hat if I am in a similar situation like him, I will lose my equity. How do you deal with server screw-ups for people with chip leads on the bubble? You have a $530 tournament coming up, if I am chip leader on the money bubble and the tournament gets canceled, do I just get the money back? If I am heads up for a seat in a $109 sattelite to this tournament, I h ave the chip lead, and my opponent somehow remains connected when 90% of the players online get disconnected, and he blinds me down by stealing my blinds, do I lose not only my equity, but also the buy in? Opponent wins by winning the disconnect-free lottery? What if I am disconnected and blind down due to server issues? I am a tournament player and concerned with this... I would appreciate if the issue were addressed, thanks.

Thanks Rep for quick reply, but I managed to catch someone from support on a chat in cashier and that person helped me. She changed my default currency to USD and everything works ok at the moment.

I am 2nd in chips in the 22/2.5k and it all of a sudden paused and says im credited with 233.29 when my equity is way more than that...

Your math is correct but are you sure those are the percentages?

obviously this site is not a viable option to play when tables constantly disconnect.
