Why software , which does what is allowed by T&C and nothing more is not recommended? And what "not recommended" even mean? Is it the same category as "not permitted" ? Will user using any "not recommended" software banned or what?

Basically they can't recommend anything that they don't have any influence over ie third party software.

obv i have no access to important data. I don't even use a HUD these days. A known tracking site comes up with the stats i put in the image.
It seems obv that ~5 accounts are using RTA and doing that standard stuff. (shareing holecards, dont/rarely play HU, don't play higher stakes)
All of those accounts started playing at 888 in august/september 2023 and immediately crushed (which is obv not that hard but still fishy). They play a similar style and lately I saw they disconnect at the same time.
Also please check hand #693185723. after two players sat out the other two "bots" played ~15-12 hands and didn't see a flop. None defended their BB patiently waiting another player would rejoin.

why the heck do i get i kicked out from my session after hitting accidentally the 24 hour panic button for german customers? I still had 3 tables running and then i get kicked out of the 888 software and couldnt log back in. Last I did click the 24 hour button i could at least finish my session. Thought the 888 software team had figured out the issue. Seems with the new software update u have yet another bug in the software.

This software bugs are getting costly for u customers. Will i get the tourneys refunded that were still running?

The new poker software is the worst unoptimized site i have ever played on, and I've played on all of them! The fonts on the table are way too small cannot see anything unless you play 1 tableling and fullscreen it , the bet buttons are black on black background and way to small and of top of that you removed the warning sound before entering in timebank. If you are not focusing specifically on 888 tables you don't know it's you turn to act. I am sitout once at least 1 of 3 hands and I see others on the table having the same issues. After all this years of total missmanagent from 888, I did not think it can get worse but here we are !

Can u please ask support to open my account again pls? Of course Im unable to access it after the 24 hours period when clicking the 24 hours panic button. Next bug again for Germans. Hope it wont take again 2-3 months to open my account again. Before the software update u guys managed to give automatic access to the account again once the 24 hours period was done.

you guys who crying about the updated software, just use eighteighteightcaption...you can hide avatar, change font size, and million more things. updated frequently. been using it since summer or so, its perfect.

names/which limit? i play pl200+, and tbh i didnt experience any bot working. some regs might be bots, but they never ever do any weird, bot suspicious move. However there were some botish player, who i played against, but all of them are disappeared after couple of days/couple of hundred hands.

Top management does not recommend using 3rd party software. Although 888Rep is ignoring question about consequences in case of ignoring such recommendation, so there could be none .. or You can get banned with confiscation. You never know.

Well it would be good to know if 888-Caption was indeed allowed, since

- they claim it on their page (see attached picture); >> the hyperlink of "official approved" leads to this thread

- it indeed gives you the options to modify current problems and weaknesses of the user interface

IMO there needs to be a clear ruling at least in this matter (888caption) since it's probably as common and widespread as useage of pokertracker?! Otherwise the thread wouldn't have 330 pages.

Anyone else been timing out a lot due to not knowing when it is their turn to act? Someone playing just 1 table could time out because of this.


How many tables can people play here without lag issues after the new 888 software update? Notice there is a ton of lag once you are at 8 tables or so it seems?

4 of those 5 accounts play exclusively PLO25 and PLO50 so "no worries". This month a 6th account came up which could be part of this as well.
Across all accounts the made ~30k $ winnings last 6 months playing mostly PLO25 and PLO50.
It is so fxckin obv. They even play 2 vs 1 normal player on several tables. To hide it a little they mix up the accounts so not on every table the same 2 accounts are sitting in.

sad to see 888 is not acting because even right now they are all active

Let me guess all of these accounts come from Kazakhstan and Armenia
