still didn't get any respond. I see people also having issues with verification, at this point it is super suspicious. Trying as much to sieze money away?? otherwise I don't see reason for declining every single document.
Understand everything with security, however so hard to get any respond or clarification. It is like I want to withdraw money and in order to do that I need to finish process which beforehand is almost impossible to succeed. Don't know whether it is politic reasons, or just simple trying to block account and took everything and finding reasons to do so.

It's so hard to put a bar where you can see how much rake have you generated in one week?
This promotion is running from more than six months and it's not the first time when things like this happens.

Does anyone here get emails from 888 where they ask you to redeposit for a bonus? The issue is if you get a bonus, isn't there going to be issues when cashing out though? I remember it was said if you receive an 888 player transfer, you can't cash out even after rolling over the deposit? Someone said it was some rule like you have to lose your transfer amount first which isn't possible unless you lose your balance? Is that issue still the same or it's no longer the case? Example you send or receive 1k to another 888 user. In most sites, that player plays 1k worth of buyins and they can cashout or do whatever they want. How is it with 888 on this?



Also, if you want to redeposit and use an 888 bonus code from an email where they ask you to redeposit and only play poker and not online casino or sportsbet, is the only safe bonus codes to use those that give you like $5 in blast tickets and similar things? Gotten emails where it say bonus up to $200 for 20% which implies $1000 deposit gets $200 bonus but this only applies to online casino right? There is no bonus where it's for poker only right? Can't imagine you deposit $1000 and get a $200 bonus and say after you play $5000 or $10000 worth of buyins, you get $200 cash whether that amount is credited to you after your deposit or after you play that much worth of buyins? So if you play poker only, don't use any of these type of bonus codes because you will have issues cashing out later on or something? The only safe ones to use would be those that give you like $5 worth of blast tickets or tournament tickets?

Also I'm curious but what is the thing on club level? I am in the 200+ club level and I think after you play a while that number goes up? Are there people that are in like the 500+ club level or 1000 club+ level?

You can't choose a default felt color for 888 on the settings

When you right click on a non-PKO/MB table you set the table colour for "all tables". This then makes it the default colour for any new opening tables, vanilla or PKO

layout wise the software update is really good. actually there are some things u might want to improve.

1) if someone was on sit out he will be shown all the time on sit out even he sits back in. unless u close and open the table new.
2) its easy to miss a hand since there is no other acoustics time warning before the timebank starts. would be awesome if u could add again the 3 times peep before the timebank starts. additionally it would be amazing if u could add how much timebank in seconds is left before the timebank starts. now u dont know if u have any timebank after actual time to act finishes.
3) in satelites the number of places paid is wrongly shown at the table pop up/info at the top left of the table.
4) please add back the table chat. what was the reason to delete it?

I got an answer from 888 support, and they say the rake I received is right.

But is wrong, and I need your help to send this for me, please.

I received $206 rakeback extra, which is 20% of $1030. As long as I raked $1030 I should've get 35% of that, which is $360.

Can you please send this forward for me to be re-checked?

Is there a reason why the 888 software got changed so many times? Also are people having lag issues again now? There is an issue with heavy lag and freezing the moment you have over x amount of tables. This was an issue a while back but it got fixed from a software update a long time ago. There seems to be lag issues even when playing just a few tables as well. Anyone else have these same issues?



Also, the way the table layout is changed, it's hard to even have hud stats on it anymore. Anyone notice this as well? The very old 888 software was the best. Then the software from a while back that fixed that lagging issues was still good.



Also there is no sound when it's your action. Also certain tournaments have the boxing ring as the layout and you can't change it?

Rake and rakeback issues:

1. Don't trust the tracker or don't trust the rake calculated by a pokerroom.

I was very surprised when I asked PS to send the rake history by a monthly basis for the last 12 months. There wasn't any month when the tracker showed the same amount. (I used pt4 and hm3 too in that period) There was around 1-4% difference between the numbers. (I didn't use the cashout option, basically never)
Anyway, if you want to avoid the extra tilt factor by getting the wrong rakeback, I strongly recommand to generate - in this case - 1,1k or 1150 rake to make it sure you get the correct 35%.
I'm playing here at 888 since last summer or so, and there wasn't a single week when the rakeback was equal to the tracker calculated one. On the other side, the gap is usually tiny, and 888 (or the tracker) makes mistakes in the positive and the negative direction too. (so got more rakeback then expected couple of times)

2. Be careful about the timeframe. In my experience the "rake week" ends at 888 on Sunday 0:00 UK time, so if u play from a different timezone, make sure you filter the tracker database by the exact timeframe too to check the rake.
