I usually cashout using Skrill, this time I decided to try a Wire Transfer. I cashed out 125 USD but I only received 65 USD. Both, 888Poker and my bank account are in USD so I do not think there is any exchange rate comisión. I talked to my bank and they said their charge was less than 1 USD. Is 888Poker using banks that charge almost 50% of transfers in commisions? Could you help me to find out where this exesive commision is? (Username: _KingSlayer_)

I made a deposit more then 3 weeks ago and have still no money on my 888 account.

I choosed wire transfer as my deposit method and wanted to deposit $1,000. Because my bank account is in € and the bank account where I had to transfer is in € as well, I calculated the amount in euro which was exactly 879.29 €.

I followed the instructions from the 888 poker cashier.

After 2 weeks (27th July) I wrote an e-mail to the support.
This is 9 days ago and I still got no response.

The livechat never worked so far for some reason.

My 888Poker Nickname is exactly as here (Waaaghbozz).

PokerTracker 4 now supports a HUD on Snap tables and this wouldn't have been added without the information being provided by 888. If you want further verification you can contact your poker site support.

The bots/AI abusers are mainly from certain countries to the east of Europe. They undoubtedly continually siphon money out of the system, never holding a significant balance. If a site does catch them, any balance seizure is likely to be minimal, and therefore you will see very little back, if anything at all. These bot rings will be professionally run on an industrial scale at this stage in online poker's evolution.

I feel for you, but this is the reality, I'm afraid. Software abuse is rife, and the sites that get on top of this problem will be the ones that survive longer term.

Recently, despite the significant decrease in traffic, there've been quite an wave/fluctuation of new regulars. It seems like a lot of them created new accounts instead of using olds ones.

I guess, people do it, either because they were blocked or in order to receive
rakeback. Additionally, it is an advantage to be unknown and have all reads/stats on existing players.

On 05.03.2020 I wrote to the 888 poker support and asked if is it possible to set limits on buy-ins and block the cash game, as it’s possible on Pokerstars.
I had the answer only on 24.07.2020 (after 4.5 months!). They said that I couldn’t limit games and set limits, but I can be disconnected from the brand. Now I can’t enter on my account and cashier. I answered them that asked about setting limits, I didn’t ask to block the account. I haven’t some problems with a game like gambling addiction. The history of the game shows that I play on the plus, only at micro-limits, I have never lost large sums at all, I play poker for my own pleasure for amounts that are not too important for me. And as I wrote a few months ago, at the present moment that my letter is generally irrelevant.
They answered that my explanations were forwarded to the appropriate department and they would answer me in 3 days. It has been 2 weeks already, there was no answer or unlocking of account and cashier. Then I called to support on 29.07.2020 where a girl apologized for the misunderstanding on the part of 888 poker, she said that my appeal was pending in the appropriate department, my account and cashier should be unblocked, but I had to wait a few days. More than a week has passed since that time, and there was no answer or unlocking of account and cashier.

On my account I have around 480$, there are also some tickets to tournaments, which eventually expire.
