Like many of you, I've encountered the same issue with KYC verification, specifically with address verification, even though I completed it the day after creating my account and was told that my account was fully verified. And after more than 5 months of headaches and dozens of emails - it finally happened.
Long story short, 888 decided to close my account and never create a new one, but returned the entire bankroll.
Most likely, support is responding to you with standard copy-paste templates on a weekly basis.
Compile a complaint using the 'Internal Complaints Procedure' with a description of the situation, including all the documents you've sent to support before, and send it to

When you receive their
final decision and if it doesn't satisfy you, you can escalate to the next instance:
