When someone gets signed by a site and they're using their "public" name to play on some other site, it's reasonable to get the name changed.

Maybe he picked up some tiny edge by people not having reads on him for a period of time, but realistically it makes close to zero difference - and it's pretty clear that no one was doing it with the intent of shooting an angle.

Sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that the terms of agreement don't adequately cover. That's why sites reserve complete authority to do whatever the **** they want via little disclaimers at the bottom of the fine print. And yea, it does kind of discredit the legitimacy of the terms of agreement. But nobody ever said those things were worth ****.

I don't think allen owes an apology either though. It was a legitimate suspicion based on the information, and it got resolved.

I stopped playing on FTP a 12+ months ago because of rakeback issues...if they let me change my screen name, i'll be the first one back but I don't think that will ever happen

As far as you or anyone else is concerned, I've never once multi-accounted, scammed anyone, or played the gray line with any site's ToS. I've had 1 name on each site for the last 5+ years.

And as far as anything else is concerned, you should be allowed to name change (not I said name change, not multi-account) every month.
