It's hard to believe for several reasons. For one, Doyle obviously wasn't talking about a single player, so the $5 million figure is likely way off. Even if he did lose in the $1-2 million range, I'm confident he's done it before and wouldn't be that shaken by it. We've also been lead to believe that if any poker player has the financial backing to withstand those kind of downswings, it's Sammy Farha.

I also don't know how you figure he was the most emotional player on HSP. Whenever he was down, he'd just rebuy with a frown on his face. Most of the time he was laughing, regardless of how we was doing.
