Really surprised she's going ahead with the Joe Ingram interview now that Nolan and Chris have lawyered up. Don't get me wrong, I've popped some popcorn and I'm all ready to watch and read what no doubt will be classy, respectful comments in the chat section.

But if I were her lawyer, I would have advised against it.

Not the twitterverse or social media in general. There are several big names acting like knee-jerk reactionists or normal twitter fools. And no, I don't suspect rational, intelligent, objective successful poker players to act like your ordinary NVG or twitterverse denizen. Especially, when they usually don't. On this issue, however, some appear to have thrown reason to the wind.

Well, looks like Jaclynn has the smoking gun, the text exchange with Chris from 888. Interesting to see folks who want her to be lying spinning this (his responses are vague, how do we know who Chris is, etc.), but it seems pretty clear cut to me. She mentioned the motorboating and he apologized, he didn't say, wait, what?

For those not watching the pod:

She shows a text convo between her and Chris Capra from the day after the alleged motorboating incident where she mentions "Nolan sticking his face in my boobs" and Capra says "Nolan's actions are inexcusable".

As far as I'm concerned this is pretty compelling evidence that it really happened

The texts never said anything besides that Chris888 is sorry for the "wildness" that occurred.

After the alleged sexual harassment Nolan had a conversation with Jaclynn and her boyfriend and there was no physical confrontation?

She is also the most inarticulate doctor that I've ever seen. Her head and eyes are rolling all over the place, her speech is slurred, etc.

This type of behavior really needs to be avoided if Poker is going to continue to grow and gain more legitimacy.

Something is sketchy here, I don't know who is telling the truth or who is in the right, but women need to feel comfortable playing Poker and being involved in the community.

I hope that this doesn't blow up and further distance women from being involved in Poker...

Chris said "Nolan's actions were inexcusable". If the motorboating didn't happen, then apparently some other inexcusable actions happened, no?

Also, the fact that she was talking about this a year and a half ago and her story was the same then makes her seem more credible. If she's making it all up, she came up with the story a long time ago and waited a while before going public with it.
