Since this summer new regulations make it so Swedes cant deposit any large amounts of money on any regulated poker site ($600 (5000sek) weekly limit). You also can't recieve transfers or any real bonuses either. As far as I know there are no ways around this. If you see a Swede playing high stakes on regulated sites they either have a massive BR on the site since before regulations started, or they don't live in sweden anymore (may even need foreign citizenship, I'm not sure on that one, but I don't think it's enough to just go out of the country).

An app is an application. I would not call a web browser a poker application. I assume you mean it's on a phone? How would playing poker on a dedicated app on your phone be different than playing on a dedicated app on your computer?
