If so, is it possible to make your case to whoever makes such determinations? At the very least, assuming you have some strong evidence to support this accusation, it seems such a designation should be removed.

That transaction list means nothing and can easily have stuff edited out.

Stars will send an audit and an export of transfer history in an excel sheet that can be forwarded on to someone to go through.

Never in the history of online poker has someone who is innocent refused to do this.

I send out lots of money every day ,my horses will send out money to my other horses as well.He will not post an audit to prove this cause he has been stealing...I will prove it with some screen shots below

Remember now he is saying he owes me $0 ,you can see in the above picture him write -14,979 that is his loss on Pokerstars.com ,NOT the money that is left in the account which he stole and not the money he owes for the other contracts you saw him sign .(i can send screen shots of me explaining to him how to update e.g when he writes -14,979...so you know that is an update of a loss on a site)

What is going on here was him not giving me an audit before ,when he did I saw loads of money had been stolen.He said it was not stolen he was going to pay me back.As you can see from the chat history I gave no permission for him to send and he admits to being in debt and can't pay me back.So how the hell is this not stealing ?lol

If he owes $50,000, you negotiate a friendly settlement amount.

If he owes $5 billion, the government bails him out and he takes a hefty christmas bonus for his vision and strategic initiative.

As for the substance of the case, I am with Demetri. Jokueris seems to present selective evidence.

OTOH, it has to be noted, that what's happening should be part of the job description of a backer. A backer is like a bank in that he lends money while engaging risk profiling of the borrowers and risk management. If someone is proven to be a deadbeat, that's to be expected; the business model needs to work even if a certain percentage defaults. That's why backers charge so much money for the capital in the first place. I am sure Demetri understands that.

I should emphasize that all of this doesn't absolve Jokueris from his obligation to make good on his debt as best as he can.
