OTOH, it has to be noted, that what's happening should be part of the job description of a backer. A backer is like a bank in that he lends money while engaging risk profiling of the borrowers and risk management. Btw, what this also shows is that you should have kept a tighther grip in regards to accounting. You should already have a player audit after a certain time frame has passed -like 6 months- or after a certain amount of money has been given.

I can understand that you are angry because you have feelings of being wronged. But these aren't 'sad no life nerds'... That doesn't make it a debt. If he dies while in the stake, do you have a claim against his estate for any existing makeup? If you think you do I'd hate to be backed by you.

And when did the stake end ?he is saying he did no wrong ,so the stake is still live with my money in the accounts ,so he still owes me the MU

Hence why he has come in here and tried to clear his name ,put aside all the loans he has not paid back and the money he stole ...how can you carry on playing on your own when you are in tons of make up ?

My contract says you can't leave the stake in MU

What you are saying vs the MU may work if he quits poker ,he is not quitting.He wants to dump the stake and carry on playing
