Im not sure why I try to give nvg tards lessons about statistics, but god how can u be so shortminded.

poker is a losing game if u add up all accounts, otherwise sites wouldnt get money. some small euro countries are + which allready surprises me but usa loses way less per player than other euro countries like france, italy, spain, portugal etc. Obv the real number is the biggest because the majority of ftp players was from the usa and also a decent part of pokerstars, doesnt mean they were the worst, not even close.

I used to kind of care what this guy had to say before all his Black Friday posts.

Now I'm wondering why this thread hasn't been deleted yet.

They played 3k/6k a few years ago during WSOP in bobbys room. Maybe it was 2009. Durrr talks about it very briefly on an episode of HSP and it was on 2+2 at the time

He didnt say, there was a regular game that high.
with straddles sometimes it was 5k/10k, rarely 10k/20k.
it just was for a single hand.
once in a lifetime it was prob 100k

ì'm sure he talked about some huuuge games in russia with some oligarks or something:

Tony G was the guest of Pokerroad Radio on January 16th (2008) and revealed that he is currently up about $8 million dollars in the last quarter playing cash games. Tony has revealed in the past that he gets invited to play in private cash games all over the world with his "clients", so one would assume that his profits would include these private games and the high limit PLO games in Russia.

Anyways, on that night Tony G made five million dollars after hitting a high of seven million. He details one particular hand on his blog where he got all-in holding the nut flush draw after a flop of 10-7-6, with both of his opponents holding the nut straight. The turn and river were both diamonds, and Tony scooped the $3.15 million dollar pot. You can read the detailed explanation of the hand here on Tony's blog.

You don't feel like committing tax fraud/money laundering and possibly have a lengthy jail sentence? IDK just a thought.

Stop the "defense" first guy was a bit off, but he is still correct, yanks losing ALOT, but as you said, avg person isnt... Its the money combined that adds up to a very significant portion of the "lifeflow of money" in poker. We kinda need the extra 350m per year in the flow, to keep everything vibrant or alive, i do not care if the average yank loses less than the average french, spanish or whatever dude, we are 15 persons on every french now trying to bust em(how i feel)..the amount of yanks playing is so massive, even if they are just slight losers they make the average table so much softer by just being there instead of a typical player with 9 regs+1 random eurofish.

If i had to pick id go with 9 frenchies and me on a 10max table over 9 yanks, noone in their right mind argues with that.

And don't forget; French, Italian and Belgian players can't play on PokerStars.com either, which puts the world record in perspective.

I never said USA was the worst. But they aren't the best either.

If you compare USA with ptr's data (which are obv not complete yada yada yada) then you can see:
- USA loses more $/player (-$425) than Germany (-$385), Spain (-$237), Russia (-$157)
- USA loses more $/100hands (-$8.03) than Germany (-$4.33), Portugal (-$2.33) or Poland (-$1.14)

Disclaimer: I don't take this analysis serious. It's just for the laughs. If you get tilted so easily by nvg, stop reading.

Yes. I've railed 5-10k with a straddle game, USD. I've also seen $2k ante pl stud which is bigger and more swingy.

You've never heard of a bigger poker game because you started poker a year ago and everything is now dead.
