1. Alec conspired to defraud someone of money over 4 years ago, wich shouldn't affect his membership but should question his ethics.

2. Alec has a double standard when it comes to morals, when he made a bet with Ashton where he was a clear favorite he did every thing in his power to collect with out the contest ever happening. Ashton paid because he is honest, and an ethical man, Alec mislead him, then demanded payment and accepted it.

Alec made bet with me, agreed to terms then found out he was drawing dead and decided to run away and do yoga.

3. Alec and i played in the same poker game, i specifically asked Alec if anyone in the game had a piece of his action he said no, wich was a lie. He cheated me.



Now example one shouldn't affect him being a member of the EPL
but 2 and 3 should. And 1,2,3 should show his ethics are compatible with my writing skills.

I have to agree without soft playing/collusion it is not cheating. I disagree that you should disclose if you have a % of someone or not. The problem is his ethics/morals are in question.

I may not be much good at poker but I certainly can spell and punctuate...unlike many others, it seems.

from this i deduce that 1. he's a bit jealous 2. he actually has a lot of dirt on people that should be made public way before this if he truly is looking out for the greater good (in this case he's likely waited years with this information)

Yeah it kinda rubs me the wrong way how small minded people seem to trash Viffer when he is just trying to help his friend get a big sum of money back. Also from every thread I have read about him he has always came out looking like a really cool and stand up guy, whether its buying a ton of christmas gifts from wally world or Calling people out on cheating. I also think he is awesome because he throws himself out there and stands up for things he really believes in even though he gets flamed every time for not caring about punctuation and not caring what people think about him. I may be jus as unedumicated as him, but even with my limited education I can easily tell that annie duke is a miserable excuse for a person(with ethics lmao)/pokerplayer/fake wannabe celebrity after riding her brothers success and winning a couple weak tournaments. In fact I think she is a very freaky and weird dude.

Viffer is absolutely awesome and annie duke and alec toreli come off as a couple of the fakest low life people I have ever seen and read about, maybe they can do some yoga together and discuss both of their ethics because it seems they read the same book on "ethics for scumbags" GG Viffer you are now my very favorite poker player take down all the fake people please, everyone knows your in the right, and they are completely wrong.


Oh yeah If I had known alec torrelli was cheating at the same table online with his friend what is to stop him from doing it at a live table as well, it is cheating if he was previously caught and decided to hide his friends presence at the table after the fact. Especially if you know how ethical he is, it should be considered cheating if not how can you trust anything that scum spews anyways. I think viffer just knew enough to win the 50k bet with alec regarding the scam. And now he essentially is down 50k and a scumbag Alec tortellini trolloling like nothing ever happened.
