He's only a troll in the same way that someone holding a placard saying a "Repent all ye sinners!" or "The End of the World is Nigh" is a troll. Those sort of (deluded) people actually believe the stuff they preach.

I thought so too at first, but how does he know so many details? Also, he has said multiple things, specifically to me, that lets me know its the same guy that scammed me. Would be way too elaborate of a scheme for this to not be the guy. He may have given false name, but its the guy that scammed us. So if it is the guy that scammed us, which can be assumed by all of the information about what he stole and who he stole it from (he also knew what state the scammer was in in certain instances), why would he come back to open up this can of worms when he had completely gotten away with it? Obv he can hide behind vpns but wouldn't the trolling be more blatant at this point, instead of subtle jabs?
