Why do they always play 1 table? Does Raul only wants to play one at the same time or is it because it's annoying to be playing different games at the same time?

Do they play multiple while playing 200/400 PLO or when Isildur1 is playing Luzak or BERRI(@PLO)?

They have played two tables in the past, I believe it was just plo? Not too sure.

They always play 2 at PLO. Pretty sure they usually play 2 at 8-game too.

It really isn't faster to play 2 tables of 8game HU. If so it's veeery marginally faster and likely more of an annoyance to shift focus

This is true - I remember Raul taking way longer on each decision, so probably more hands 1-tabling.
