He doesn't raise river because in a lot of spots omaha ranges become ******ed and there's no value in raising and you only reverse-**** yourself into losing a big pot the times you got coolered.

Or in English: Isil probably doesn't call a raise with a worse hand very often

An extreme (but rather common spot) example which illustrates the point better is that you just call down barrells with the Ace high flush on a straight-flush board because if you raise it's not like you're getting called by the K high flush.

This doesnt seem like one of those spots tho, being HU, not very deep, very aggressive opponent.

Clearly Raul tought isi is vbetting there but if raul thinks isi folds some J8 and all lower fulls than no value in his raise.(?) But honestly i dont know the exact frequencies.

Kindaaaaa but not really.

In English: On that flop there are a lot of combos of straight and flush draws and everything bricks on the river. It doesn't really make sense to raise on this river not out of fear of getting coolered by KKxx (lol if you think like this it makes sense why you haven't moved up from PLO25 in almost 10 years) but because there are less boat combos in Isildurs range than there are flush and straight combos that bricked the river.

Doesnt make sense imo. We dont care the bluff part of his range at all. Only the value part of isi range matters. If Raul thinks he beats isi calling range >50%of time he vbets if not than he doesnt.

That's essentially what I was saying. Since his range leans more towards draws and less made hands it doesn't make sense to raise.

So why wouldn't you raise, hoping Isi puts you on a busted draw?

Think about this: If I raise the river... what bets the flop, the turn and river that calls our raise? We block KKxx, JJxx and we chop with KJxx. 22xx seems somewhat unlikely and it's hard to put him on 88xx when he bets the flop.

JJxx would be quite an impressive holding for Isi here. 22xx is unlikely because you say it is? Im not going to debate this hand, these guys are much better than I could ever hope to be. Doesn't mean they don't make mistakes, or to a higher probability, make plays that many may not understand. This is one of those plays.
