For those asking about rain, from wembleystadium.com:
So basically, if it rains they'll have to squeeze everyone onto the sides of the pitch or the stands. Or get wet. Or maybe they'll bring some kind of giant marquee or cover? 
Weather aside, this doesn't sound like a good idea and I think there's a high chance of it never happening or being an embarrassing failure. Hope not though.
