Is it even unreasonable to DQ the player? He's running a super hard angle in a big pot and violating someone's personal space in the process.

I don't think that Travell Thomas guy got DQed for intentionally flipping over an opponent's card, but really, when there is no grey area at all in terms of intention why not encourage tournament directors to have a quick trigger when it comes to disqualification.

2. Intentionally causes bodily harm to another person.
(b) Except as provided in subsection (2), a person who commits battery commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

florida laws. i think first degree misdemeanors should be treated seriously. this guy is a danger to society. who else has he touched. 30 lashes should be the punishment.
