It’s extremely profitable if people are folding AK in Bryn’s shoes!

There’s over $120K out there when it gets back to him and he would be shoving $210K w a hand that has 33% eq vs KKs (A5s).

It’s just a math problem & you want bluffs there in that lineup and config. IMO

It’s a lot more complex than this imo but enough strat talk anyways for this thread.

Ahh yes, the nerd had a shorter stack but still Bryn is folding AK exactly 0% of the time to some tourney donk and same for Dwan.

Correct, I’m agreeing with you. They’re folding AK there 0% of the time there because NP will be shoving A5s. If NP didn’t have bluffs, then they would start folding AK occasionally.

It’s possible for everyone to play their hands/range well.

Of course, all of that goes over JRB’s head and he starts berating Bryn looool. A+

No way NP jamming A5s.
He only put in 2bb, it’s not on him to defend vs dwans 4bet.

Gabe: "You must live a dull life, AJ."

I guess Bellande simply literally meant Petrangolo only ever has aces or kings there.

You thinking he would shove A5s shove might be a bit extreme as well. I'd imagine he'd thank/fold, and then announce to Brynn he made an excellent laydown ("folded an ace there"), after KB shoves, and him being happy afterwards.

NP did ask Brynn right after he called if he had aces. Not sure if that says anything regarding the chances he’s auto jamming ace suited wheels there though.

The nerd was trying to play it cool but there were only two things on his mind all episode:

1) Don't go broke
2) What should he talk about so that he can potentially land his first kiss.

You guys are harsh. Petrangelo has over $17 million in live mtt cashes, and this year he was mixing it up in the biggest cash games on GG. He's college educated, so maybe that throws perception off a bit, and he's quietly focused on the game, but so was Galfond in his HSP debut.

Salomon the 'whale', meanwhile, continues to get value for his medium strength holdings. As for JRB giving the needle to Bryn, he's probably trying to light a tilt-fire under him.

There weren't nearly the fireworks of Ep2, and I'm already looking forward to a fresh new lineup.

No one is making fun of his play they are making fun of him as a person because hes the only GTO nerd in the game.

Taking forever to call w AT vs the fish was ridiculous. Youre never folding so just snap it off ffs. Typical nerd who needs to cultivate his image as a thinking pro so he wastes everyones time on trivial decisions.

People hating on nick for saying sklansky bucks and not being an exuberant live player is hilarious. You’re posting on 2p2 about how you never get dates through tinder Dream Crusher

All of your heroes are broke or know they’re whales. They’d move things around scheduling wise and boot Nick if Negreanu, Antonio, Jen Tilly (or any other whale) wanted to play, but they don’t and they LOVE the attention

They couldn’t get the seat filled, sorry poker isn’t what it was ten years ago

I do find watching him play highly enjoyable once he starts losing (which will happen inevitably).

You may want to take a look at the episode of "Rob's Home Game" where Salomon pulls a huge bluff on JRB and has him muttering to himself for a good 10 minutes or so lol.

I'm not sure what being banned on Tinder has to do with my table presence. My table presence is A+.

I'm not sure why a professional poker player would be someone's hero. Most of them are huge losers in life. The whales tend to be far more successful and it's not even close.

There are tons of players that could have filled the seat but they wanted a known name. For an unknown to fill the seat they would have to have an interesting backstory but frankly anyone would be more interesting.

I shake my head hearing JRB telling everyone that Solomon playing every hand and no one has lost more in a 5-10, game than Rick. Sure he is the whale but a pro is not to talk about it at the table.

Like Brandon Steven, the middle aged rich guy on trt who sells cars? That guy they never mention unless he’s in a hand? Shame they gave away Daniels seat for that guy

Its not about hating on successfull donkament players, its about a boring robot player that is bad for the game in a live cashgame setting like this is, and probably has no idea himself how bad he comes off.

Robot tourney players who tanks every hand, doesent make eye contact with anybody and talks sklansky bucks/strat at the table, i mean how bad can it get. Worst ever.
