If I didn't get an email for remission, how can I prove my balance under petition? I don't have any of the documents saved as my old computer crashed

My wife never deposited, I just gave her a player transfer to get her started. She got a letter with control number, logged in, and the balance displayed was correct. Hopefully this means a p2p transfer counts as a "deposit".

Why is this 2 threads now? It needs to be converted back to 1 thread. As I stated in the other thread:

We need to get together and find out when the latest date a withdrawal was actually paid. This way when we put in our "docs", we can pretty much group together and state NOBODY received money after so and so date.

I don't believe I received any money from my APR 1 on out check cashouts. And I may have possibly received my money from my Mar26th check cashout.

My record keeping wasn't the best so that's why I'm not sure. It may also be possible that this isn't a linear thing and some later payouts were made, but earlier ones weren't. It's hard for me to tell because I had many max check cashouts lined up for months.

The balance they have on record for me includes my last rakeback payment in May 2011. So obviously the thing about 4/15 balances did not mean a 4/15 cutoff date like some people thought and was just a succinct explanation for differentiating balances from deposits.

Nobody should wait until the last week, for sure, but since the payout amount is dependent on the sum of claims relative to the fund, it is unlikely that submitting a claim sooner will result in any meaningfully-different payout times.

Did you check her deposit history? It still said not everyone who files a claim will be approved for remission. Gl, because this is a straight cash grab from DOJ.

My email was buried in spam and just found it. Search your spam for email entitled "Full Tilt Claims Administration Notice". My balance is off the amount I fruitlessly tried to withdraw on Black Friday and I'll go through their document upload to dispute it. I just have the receipt that I made the withdrawal and the transaction number. We'll see where that gets me.

Haven't read all this thread and I'm sure there is plenty to complain about the process, but good to see this is finally happening!

Yeah, I have the full history. The first item was the transfer from me but is listed as

"07-Oct-2010 01:44 Transaction Deposit Funds Quick Deposit/Transaction#XXXXXXXX".

Sounds like a deposit to me.

FWIW, my limbo withdrawal is a paper check for $950 requested on March 21st that never came.

I'm with Blizzuff on this one. Certainly, no one should be waiting until the last minute. But there are a mass of people who find themselves in a situation similar to mine - a check that never came. Since the Keen Legal Minds have made it clear that we can only expect one bite at the apple, it seems quite prudent to me to wait just a little while to see some information come to light explaining how we can best dispute our balances. Imprudence would seem to be - by my perspective at least - petitioning right away (taking one's bite) when in a few days we may have additional information about how GCG will deal with what must be a very common issue.

Unless someone can share a lock-down, certifiable method of proving non-receipt of a check, I'll be waiting a week or so.

For the non-email-getters obsessing over irrelevant minutiae:

last name: S
user name: A
email: A
reg: 2005
balance: 2100 + 950 missing check
Ohio
email came 9/16, 1:05pm EST, to FTP linked account
with rakebackpros

Or you could just wait like 3 days and GCG will figure out the email issues or you can contact them? Just going to end up confusing the **** out of them if everybody starts filing new petitions when in fact they likely have a petition on file for you. They gave everybody two months for a reason.

I wrote a letter with an explanation and scanned it, and then attached the email confirming the withdrawal requests. You can upload multiple documents.

However, once you click submit (screen that you type in you name as a signature) your submission is closed. So if you forget something you are sol.

You can type a letter explaining why you are sending what you're sending. Then upload that letter to the GCG. Be as clear as possible, and obv be professional and courteous.

You get one shot at remissions. If you apply and click confirm that your balance is what the GCG thinks it is then it's GG you get no other chances.

So you agree with what they say, or you send in documents to prove what your true balance is and they work with you on that?

If you go to the website you can open a new claim and get a petition number and control number in seconds. However, when you log in you'll get a balance of $0 so you need to know what your balance beforehand and then upload the supporting documentation.

I'm not sure if there is another way to contact then and get them to send you an email with your balance.

Effectively. I would gather literally any shred of evidence that you are owed w/e you think you are and send it all off at one time. This is not first come first serve so if it takes a couple of weeks it's not a big deal.

I am going to the bank tomorrow and getting bank statements from April and May of 2011 to show I never got a limbo withdraw I made on BF, that coupled with the FTP spread sheet that anyone can DL through FTP's client showing that I made the withdraw and it never got back to my account.

This and I'm writing a letter explaining what exactly everything I am sending and it's purpose and why I should get the limbo withdraw back through remission.

They had my account linked to one of my multiple accounts that I tried to make to get rakeback (which was shut down immediately). The balance of that account was $1.20. My main account I must have deposited at least over $50,000 via Debit card.
Funny how they linked me to the account that I tried to open for rakeback, which I used for probably 1 day.

Wait so if we fill out the "new petitioner info" form we get our control number but we can't see a balance yet those who got the number from the magical email can?

Also for those who uploaded docs, did you just scan them in? I actually have a 2k check that I never took to the bank since it came on 4/16 (I called the bank first and they told me it would bounce) so I want to make sure to get that in with my balance.

Anyone else not get an email? I checked my spam folder also and nothing. Do we need documentation to show limbo funds? I'll prolly send them no matter what but I want my limbo funds. Limbo funds account for like 37% of my roll.

This is going to be a huge mess. Apparently they can't even send an email correctly with so many not getting one. My main concern is the "never deposited then you're screwed" thing. If they're talking deposit in the literal sense I would think a whole bunch of people are going to go absolute monkey. Really surprised no one has cleared this up.

For those of you that are getting $0 as your balance (and have received an e-mail) I have a solution. I made the mistake of starting a "new petition" instead of just inputting my petition number and control number that I received via e-mail.

Once I put in the given petition and control number followed by a security question on the FTP claims site I was shown the correct balance I was owed.

Hope this helps
