do emails from full tilt count as 'supporting documentation'? my account balance is no where near the correct amount. i withdrew on 4/15, and those funds were never returned to my account. but i do have emails of that withdraw from full tilt. i also received a check on 4/15. i deposited that, but it bounced. i also have email of that withdraw from full tilt.

Whether or not my interpretation of the quote is correct, has no bearing on the fact the DOJ sucks and this whole thing is bull**** and all theyve done by seizing the sites assets to "protect the citizens" is **** everyone over. Thats pretty much an unarguable fact. I didnt want to make a whole new post to express that sentiment, so I just put it in at the bottom.

same, got the generic email, but still no email with control number / petition number. FTP account was on hotmail, they sent the general email to my gmail account I registered on the site. ~2k stuck on there, only p2p deposited.

Still no emails either the generic or the one with control number.

Nothing to my hotmail account either.

I wonder if hotmail is blocking them??? (I checked spam and nothing in there, but do they ever just "block" email completely? thinking it's phishing or something and not even allow it to go into spam?)

I just got done disputing the account balance that they had on file for me as of April 15, 2011. I uploaded several documents, including a letter I wrote to GCG explaining that I am disputing the amount because of a check I received from FTP that bounced several days after depositing it in my bank account. I then uploaded my supporting documents. A copy of my bank statement, which I saved, showing that I deposited the check and showing that it was returned for insufficient funds, a copy of a letter my bank sent to me that included a photocopy image of the bounced check, my email conversations with Full Tilt Support, and a transaction spreadsheet I got from the FTP client showing that the check amount was never returned to my account as of 09/18/2013. I uploaded everything except the excel sheet in PDF format. The excel sheet probably was not necessary since they have all that information, but wanted to be very thorough in justifying my account balance. For bank address I used the address of the branch where I opened my account.

Grunching, so any help is appreciated. My balance is about $300 short due to a cashout I did on the 11th that never arrived. Obviously I have no proof of this. Is there any plans or options for those who had checks supposedly in transit when BF hit?

Actually, for proof I do have the email that was sent saying my cashout was approved, but no way to show it never arrived, aside from continued emails to support asking for it.
