As one point of reference regarding ACH for my bank, I get paid twice a month from my company: on the 15th and last day of the month. My wife gets paid every other Friday. As coincidence would have it, this Friday we both get paid on the same day because it's the last day of February and it's a Friday on one of the weeks my wife gets paid. Yesterday, I had no "pending ACH" transactions. This morning (Thursday) I have TWO: one paycheck for me and one paycheck for her. They will both post tomorrow (Friday) in my account as funds I can spend.

I'm not sure exactly how the FTP $ will work, but I suspect similarly. Perhaps it could post the same day it goes out (Friday) since there are no date restrictions like our paychecks. Or, maybe it just takes a day to clear in which case Saturday or Monday is more likely.

Either way, it's imminent. If your livelihood is made or broken based on a few days or even months after waiting 3 years, then you've got other problems

My bank must be really quick with ACH because my tax return was issued at 7pm Tuesday night and available Wednesday morning. Hoping for the same here & celebrating Friday night.

But in that case, there was still a calendar day delay. So, if GCG issues them today (Thursday), then I think seeing them Friday is a decent possibility. If they issue them Friday, based on my experiences, it won't be available until Saturday/Sunday/Monday. Obligatory "hope I'm wrong"

I spoke to Patrick a little bit ago, he said that they are making the ACH transactions tomorrow so it could (if you have a really amazing bank) post tomorrow or, more likely, within 1-3 business days.

For those still waiting on an email, I just thought Id post and say that my email did not come to the email account associated with FTP. It came to the contact email I put on there when I submitted my petition in September. Just a heads up if it is relevant to anyone

Yes I have problems as well as someone else's problem and also someone else's problems.

Since I recently started following the Tao of Sugar things have been better.

I have heard the following rumors from a reliable source:

First Batch - Tomorrow
Second Batch - March 10-11

No word yet on batches 3-5

We should all also keep in mind that these ACH transactions MAY or may NOT be like the emails in the sense that they are logistically staggered. Some people got emails on day 1, some on day 2. So too with this, you may get yours started on Friday while mine doesn't get started until Tuesday and doesn't hit my bank until Wednesday. It's also possible they all go out at once - I haven't used my "one time" yet, so I'll use it here. Just be aware that we may not all get a best case scenario, so no need to run to the phones Friday at noon asking where your money is - just keep the pitch forks and lit torches tucked away until Thursday or Friday next week

Heh, for people like me who counted that money as gone ever since FTP failed to pay us back like Stars did, most of this trip has been gravy

So I filed a claim back in October or whatever and I haven't received any emails recently nor did I find that "test deposit" in my bank account. Am I screwed? Also, who do I need to contact about this to see if I'm still getting the money?

Did calling them just seem like too obvious of a choice that you decided to not go this route ?

Hope this helps anyone who needs it...just got off the phone with Patrick. Great guy, very helpful. When I initially filed, (first week), my balance wasn't highlighted and couldn't confirm. Had to start over and things went flawlessly from there. Apparently, two petitions numbers had been generated and blocked my account from first round of payments. He immediately recognized the problem, eliminated the first petition number, confirmed banking info and stated I would now be OK to be paid in the second round. He wouldn't confirm any dates but did say it would most likely be by the end of March, possibly sooner.

FWIW, I called GCG a couple times during the process and they stated everything was OK, but obviously it wasn't. There was obviously two petition numbers on file and nobody from GCG informed me of this. Within 30 seconds of talking to Patrick, he recognized the problem and rectified it. I highly recommend anyone with questions talk to Patrick directly about any petiton issues. As posted before, his direct number is 631-470-5061.

I am filing my claim as one of the people that was listed as an affiliate. I was an affiliate for personal rakeback purposes only. I have an email from FTP in 2010 where they said I was in violation of their affiliate program by having my own account linked. I have all of the messages where FTP admitted they were the ones that not only allowed me, but were the ones that recommended the arrangement for rakeback purposes. In 2010 they removed my acct from my affiliate and placed me with rakebackpros. From that point forward there were three affiliate promo payments to me of $1 each. I am typing up a letter explaining the situation and I am attaching all of the emails, spreadsheets, etc. Is there anything else anyone can recommend?

They just want to extend the teasing processes as long as possible. took them 5 months for them to actually send the money from the time they had our banking information. I imagine them having hidden cameras laughing their asses off watching people freak out for an extra 2 days wondering why their payment isn't processing.

Anyone else have a disputed claim due to a withdrawl on or near black Friday that was deducted from your FTP account but never deposited in your bank account? I suspect that there are a lot of us in this boat. I am wondering if GCG is aware of this situation and will be able to easily credit back these withdrawls; or, if they are assuming that all disputed claims are from scammers and thus require extensive research and resources to determine their validity.
