wow I didnt see it was about AP. I just scrolled to the document and read the conclusion. Got me freaked out.
07-31-2012 , 11:29 AM
Wait so a ton of motions but none are actually about ftp?
07-31-2012 , 11:29 AM
Well, if it's the absolute deal being settled today, that sure explains both of DF's tweets and her absence from this thread.

Hope that's not the case, though.

give me the case # of FTP.

Can anybody translate to human? I don't get all that legal mumbo-jumbo, especially when it's not in my native tongue.

Just on twitter.

For now, I am off to lunch w/the DOJ to influence their decisions on a variety of other issues. We'll be dining on FTP $$$ TY PS.

Insta Flame IMO..

nvm.
07-31-2012 , 11:32 AM
Would be terrible if the deal being done was referring to UB no FT...

The Absolute group and DOJ have reached a settlement, except for a few entities money laundering claims specifically excepted, and are asking the Judge to approve and order it. The settlement allows the US to sell all the assets now and hold the proceeds pending the final disposition of litigation with other claimants to the same assets. The reason for doing so is the deteriorating condition of the assets.

Ok I read the motion. US and AP are about to settle. I think FTP will get settled soon also. We'll see. I'll keep y'all posted once I see anything new on pacer.

Has anyone called the SDNY press office? It would be sweet for UB/AP players if PS also covered their nut as well.
