You claim to speak for a God. You promise these things, you don't know, none of us know.

WRT some people who were freerolling FT with phantom deposits.

I'm assuming lots of people have accounts on both sites. Can PS legally get this money back? If they can't get it back legally, can they take money out of your PS account to cover for what you did to FT? Or can they just suspend your account from both sites(assuming US is allowed to play once laws are changed) until you pay up?

That would be awesome imo and no I didn't freeroll FT.
Would not be a very smart business descision to debit a loyal PS player account for something that happened back in the day with FTP. Especially since FTP policy was the main culprit in the FDs. Really not an awesome idea for PS customer relations.

Lol at it not being a smart business decision.

No poker site wants business from free rolling cheating scum.

JFC she (Jen) says this week, which leaves today and tomorrow... And then somewhat backs off. Rooting for it to be true tho obv.

So according to her it's got to get done tomorrow, basically... lol.

OK what about the huge amount of FDs of a few hundred dollars or less from simple players not out to free roll the FTP policy? Do you think PS should try to recover that too? Of course this is all moot unless online is legal and PS is back in the US. I think PS would be better off business wise not doing that, especially to the many small accounts that were never processed ( E checks) Just my opinion and yours is just as good as mine on this one since WE won't be making the descision for sure.

why can't you just elaborate on what you know specifically?

its not a bad biz decision at all. Whats the worst that happens, someone gets suspended, starts a 'PS banned me for stealing from FT woe is me' thread here, and everyone responding says "good." No PR hit at all imo.

It would almost be the same as getting 86ed from Harrah's Atlantic City and not being allowed in any Harrah's property anywhere else.

It won't effect PS much at all since they are the world leaders anyway. You wanna play here? pay what you owe. This should go for the red pros as well who owe FT some money.

People that are known cheaters on other sites still are allowed to play on PokerStars, Pokerstars doesn't seem to give a **** about what you do on other sites.

Obviously if they get financial interest in FTP this policy can change a bit. But the freerollers were all from the US right? They have been refunded, so not much PS can do.

Can you elaborate why RB decided to hand himself in now when the deal is not complete yet? Is he not necessary for the process?

Guys I have a great question. I withdrew like $300 right before black friday and got the check after and the check obv bounced. I had 675+ in my account so am I screwed and only going to get 375 or will I get the full 675. I imagine I have to get the full 675 but I would be pretty mad if i didn't.

LOL keyword if we ever get paid.

From my knowledge of stars, I'm confident that they'd make that right. Nothing is guaranteed of course.

I"ll be pissed if you don't get it, as that means I'm unlikely to get the $4k in withdrawals I requested but never received.

I just thought it was kind of ridiculous to come into this thread and ask that question, when if they took a few minutes to read through it, it would be clear that nobody knows if they're getting their money back or not.

And the juggalo name is a level, which obv works.
