In the areas of sophisticated commercial negotiations regarding things like sales and purchases and civil litigation negotiations, such agreements are common. I think that is what the civil aspect of these matters would most resemble. Reporters are not given such information until all the parties decide to use the reporters to publicize an event.

At least the IGP could admit they were wrong.

Hopefully we get an announcement at some point during the WSOP.

I just honestly cant wait for all of this to be over in a good or bad way.

At the end of wsop, if we don't have an announcement, what is the next date ? 4 july (US independence day) ? 6 september (Swaziland independence day) ? or why not the 22 december after the end of the world, that could be a great time to make an announcement, no ?

This is pretty LOL, since they did admit they were "slightly" wrong, but replaced that speculation with even more baseless speculation. I can tell you with some authority, that the "deal" is not complete and being held to be released on some very 'special" date to make the announcement even more "special". By being so vague, any date that an announcement were to happen, then becomes this very "special" date that they knew all along? I call b.s.

man seriously this has gotten beyond ******ed.

I mean not only has it been beyond a YEAR, we have been basically in the dark this entire time. Not only have we been in the dark, we've been sent on this emotional roller coaster every few months that has allowed trolls, frauds, and bitter fish to muddy the water even further.

I don't see this ending, ever, I don't see ANY light at the end of the tunnel. Even though realistically I know this has to end eventually, I don't see any light. And even if it does end, I don't see it ending positive, it just seems WAY too good to be true.

Win or lose, I will look back at this dark period of my life and quiver. It has been a TRYING, FRUSTRATING, TORTUROUS year and a few months. I realize there has been very little/no physical harm due to this, but this is borderline mental torture imo. I know I'm stating the obvious when I say this, but this IS NOT RIGHT... pushing inhumane.

At this point I do not know and am not sure what particular post this was in reply to.

People were worried/making an issue that these contract pk employees got fired. My point stands that it is not relevant or indicative of anything. Tapie hired those people for all intents and purposes and their being let go has nothing to do, good or bad with a ps/FTP/doj ménage et trois.

Id rather Diamond not say anything, shes already hinted at enough that there's still negotiations and that should be sufficient enough. We don't want another set of dates or information that may or may not come to pass (ie chinamaniac giving a bunch of ******s hope) Im sure if she had something sufficient and concrete enough that it would be worth spilling, she would spill it.

If her source's tell her what she can/can't disclose, and she proceeds to disclose confidential information her sources will go away...

I've already made very clear, negotiations are continuing, they are not yet complete, there is not a chosen date for an announcement, no announcement will be held up to coincide with anyone's predictions.

Want more than that, please feel free to take all your sweet talk to another forum. I'm sure there are plenty of other sites willing to accept your abuse in order to put their speculation out there. Good Luck.

Q for the lawyers itt that seem to know how these things go:

Over a year on and none of the indicted are arrested. I haven't seen it posted that the seized/attached/claimed/frozen (w/e is the proper term) accounts are in the actual possession of the DOJ.

So what's the problem? 'Wheels of justice grind slowly', etc, etc, doesn't seem to cover it. Seized processor funds were gone in quick order and this case is, except for the occasional court appearance, moving at glacier speed.

Trouble w/ the case? Trouble w/ other jurisdictions? Not a front-burner issue?

Fair enough, I could type out a long reply but it would be of no interest to anyone so I won't.
