12 years is quite a lot and probably what this crime is worth depending on history and age of those who did it.

In UK murder is usually around 12 years, but you are on probation for life. Armed robbery gets you about the same, for this would get 12 years for sure.

In America home invasion robbery usually results in 25 years +, and in a lot of states its whole life, and you're not getting out. Residential burglary ranges from probation to 7 years, but they don't mess around when you tie someone up, its life.

whoa so this was the same girl he was with this past WSOP? that's some shady stuff and no doubt she will get off light, more than likely they will all crumble and take plea deals than try to deny this. Canada protects the criminals and does little for victims.

- Some 2p2er hears that his exgf is now Duhamel's gf
- he makes a thread about how crazy she is, warning Duhamel
- supposedly, Duhamel reads thread, 2p2er asks it to be removed, it gets removed
- fastforward to now, girl is somehow tied to Duhamel's home invasion where he was robbed and beat up.
