I've given up watching the YouTube highlights for many reasons but I'm still interested in how quick he climbs the micros.

So basically he´s going absolutely nowhere. That´s kind of disappointing.

tbf, Doug went months without playing at points . But yeah, I watched 15m of his stream during WCOOP and guy isn't engaging/interesting/charismatic enough to make the stream as interesting as Doug or JCarver or lots of others.

It's the opposite. I want to watch him and see if there's some stuff I can learn but the incessant mouse clicking and ridiculous outlook on many topics is too much. Like I said in an earlier post, after he started explaining/teaching on how he loves things shoved up his butt hole and it was not a troll but an in depth explanation of his sex life that went on and on for like 20 mins I gave up ... never to return.

I watch for the same reasons, and I guess luckily I missed the part about his anal fondness. But I don't think it would matter much, I don't agree with almost anything he says that isn't related to poker. But I certainly want to hear what he has to say about poker. So I watch, and I pay attention when he discusses poker. I just ignore everything else. He's entitled to his opinion, and if having to ignore his opinion on worldly topics is the only price I have to pay for getting his poker insight, that seems like more than a fair price to me. If what you're saying about his sex life is true, then I suppose he's a freak and very weird dude, but he wouldn't be the first freak and very weird dude who also happened to know a thing or two about poker.

It's pretty obvious it was a publicity stunt and now that he got people watching his channel and no new views coming in his BR challenge days will become further and further apart.

I agree with this. Doug was very reluctant to even start his challenge. He was eventually convinced to do it by the many, many requests of his followers.

Publicity stunt, maybe. But the rest isn't necessarily true. He just finished a long grind in a major mtt series. So if he takes several days off from poker, I don't think it should really be held against him. Especially given that he said it would happen. You might be right, and it might happen exactly as you predict in the future, but I don't see any evidence to make it seem so at this point in time.


Again the first part is true, he obviously doesn't have Thomas producing his videos for him, or even offering him advice on how to improve his videos. The production quality of his videos is certainly below par for most any youtube channel, and it's far below the production quality of Doug's videos.

But despite the fact that problems such as half the table not being visible clearly exist, and obviously shouldn't exist, it doesn't mean that he shouldn't post the video imo. He should make better videos yes, I agree. But if he's not going to make better videos, then he should still just continue to post inferior videos imo.

I still watch, and I'll continue to watch, even if the video quality remains poor. I don't watch for entertainment purposes, I watch trying to learn something, anything, from someone who is clearly at an elite skill level. It costs me nothing, and the potential gain is huge, making it a no brainer imo.

I've tried watching his stream like 3 times but he's constantly doing high pitched screaming and is just so incredibly annoying I can't last more than a minute. Guy is definitely a freak and a very weird dude.
