3. Defamation cases are notoriously difficult to win, but in this case it's even funnier because I literally say nothing in this video. It's all Daniel's own words. If anything, he defamed himself.

I can't stress enough how much Daniel hates my guts (he confirmed as much in today's "apology" video). So I'm sure that if he had any grounds to sue me, he would have by now.

In a perfect world this ends with Daniel fighting one of his detractors in a televised cage match.

First off let me tell you that I think you are a poker online legend. And I respect you for that. You had made me laugh with many of your videos. Although some were highly controversial but more on that later. Secondly Daniel negreanu is a live poker legend where it is very easy to find leaks in his personal game as he is on display all the time. You could do that to any person. And yet you picked Daniel here and that is no coincident imo. You wouldn't do that video to gain popularity if he was not no1 in the poker world (Who can I target to make fun of in the poker world that gets the most attention?)

I feel very strong about bullying and targeting people to make fun off. ("That's what social media is all about these days and it's sad", quote from the video I posted) more on that later.

If you think making a video showing fictional dildos in a person’s mouth gives rise to a defamation lawsuit then you have no clue what that term means. No one has special protection from being made fun of and mocked (not even famous poker players) regardless of how crude and NSFW the subject matter is.

About the only issue youd have with such a video would be if the mouth was that of Mohammed, and then Id advise keeping a low profile in Muslim countries. In places where free speech is a thing, however, Srsly Sirius doesnt have to worry about lawsuits.
