I would do this for free, but would not be able to invest my time in the actual design/coding work involved. Instead I volunteer to host the site and install what would essentially be a charity-scam specific forum, and let a few select members here moderate the forum and do EVERYTHING else.

#6 - Read every book on internet security and protocol before committing #4. Otherwise known as the, "Don't be a moron and post a fake testimonial under a shill account" rule.

#7 - 2+2 is one of the most generous, greatest, kindest and most malevolent communities EVER. We will give you money to gamble with (and you give some back if you win plz), but if you decide to spend that gambling money on a steak dinner or a mortgage payment then OMFG you're SO dead. You degenerate THIEF. lol (j/k... sorta)

There are some truly malevolent people on 2+2. Absolutely no denying that.

2+2 rocks, and would be less awesome without the malevolent people to cause threads like this to get started in the first place. TBH, I really don't think Jack started UCARE with malevolent intentions, I think he's just 100% inept and the cost of this and that was overwhelming. What may have started as a charity became a lifestyle business which may have been due to the natural momentum of an inept operator calling the shots.

At some point though, he had to realize that there was a very insignificant amount going to actually help anyone - IF ANYTHING went to help anyone - and continuing to operate just to sustain his lifestyle is criminal. Then to justify that decision because you may have "employees" to take care of is 100% not cool. Clearly even the employees were not being taken care of. Bounced checks get blamed on embezzlement?

I've been watching a lot of forensic and crime stuff lately - fun. One thing I notice when someone is guilty, and it's clear right away, is that they ALWAYS have an excuse for EVERYTHING that they are confronted with, no matter how small. "What about this bike you stole as a kid?"... "That was a misunderstanding, the kid loaned it to me". What about this body we found chopped up digesting in YOUR stomach?"... "I'm unable to provide the requested documents because THAT guy is a witness in court"

I need an alibi, FAST! Hmm, not cool to ask the 1-10 people I helped, so I'll CREATE one in the form of a mother of a cancer victim
