really? seems like a major leak if this is the case. this means that pc's are directly linked with eachother instead of skype servers as middleman. With an ip adress an acomplished hacker could gain acces to your pc right? leaning to its probably safe from a hacking pov, unless you dealing with some superhacker, who hacked into skype servers.

I know that any pro gamer streaming his games to the public that showed by mistake his skype name on the stream got after a few minutes some huge disconnection from DDOS by some script kiddie.
Now what can the hacker do with your IP that will depends on how secure your computer his and how skilled he is.

this, skype will reveal your ip but you can use a vpn,etc to disguise it

What a bunch of toolboxes in this thread. OP has concerns, backed by evidence, of someone who DRUGS people, steals from people, and who continually targets poker players. So OP posts the information, in an effort to help protect other poker players, who may at this moment be taking him into their confidence..
