And what if the players funds are in a diff account and are 100% safe and have always been ? What if the money is gone and a site has decided to take a gamble and bail non US players out. No one in here has any idea just as easily as everyone can produce doom assumptions I can produce hopeful ones.

That thinking is flawed because it's only logical if there is 0 evidence to draw reasonable conclusions from. Based on all the information (if it all is legit) doom assumptions are highly probable

They're not and have never been. This is pretty easy to see since if they did keep player funds in a segregated account, they'd make a point of mentioning that repeatedly on their web site and in statements (like Stars and FTP do).

An anonymous source sent me this (someone with close ties to UB/AP offices in Costa Rica): apparently the Facebooks of a bunch of UB/AB staff in Costa Rica are all lit up about how they've been fired and the building formerly occupied by Absolute has had all the equipment removed from it this afternoon.

Well, assuming that these non-US operations are poker games then this at least infers that they have some intention of doing "something" going forward. If they have any plans on operating a poker room then they'll have to start processing withdrawals. However, perhaps they just need personnel to help divide up whatever is left of the company.

However bad it's looking for Non-US it's looking even worse for US players.
