There's a 50% SCOOP reload on Stars right now up to $200 for the rest of the world. Americans are excluded.

The DOJ states in the agreement that Stars has the right to offer poker to the rest of the world, Americans are excluded.

Americans invented the game Texas Holdem for the rest of the world to enjoy. We are thrown under the bus in the process.

But you can make money transactions that according to UIGEA are illegal.
